Property Ratings at Crestview
I just recently transferred to one of the new updated apartments. I love that they come with washer and dryers. That was my only issue from my old apartment was no laundry in unit. Now I have laundry and new granite countertops. They also completely renovated the hallways which is a huge improvement. The office and maintenance have always been nice and helpful if I needed anything.
I wake up suddenly at 8am to hammering that sounds like it is right next to my head. No warning, just early morning renovation work right on the other side of my thin bedroom walls, for several days in a row. The office says there is nothing they can do. It is incredibly alarming. The office phone line is frequently neglected. Neighbors are loud, disruptive, and steal my packages often.
I have lived here almost a year and have had great experience with management and they have been helpful with any problems or questions. Anytime they are updating the building or doing renovations they always give us notice ahead of time. They even have a team spray for bugs with almost two weeks or more notice. Overall a great place to get experience with renting and a friendly and save atmosphere!
This place is super close to my work on main street. I have been a tenant for about a year without any problems. Also you cant beat the price.
I have lived here for 3 years and have never had any issues. The lady's in the office are nice and maintenance always fixes things quick. I highly recommend!!
I got off work early to go talk to someone at the leasing office because the price looked great and it was close to family. Crestview said that their leasing office was open from 8:30-4:30pm M-Th. I got there at 4pm on Wednesday and no one was in the office and the office was locked. I waited in the parking lot until 4:30pm and still no one. I called the next day at 1:30 to ask what was going on and the woman on the phone started arguing with me about where she was and that she was there from 4 - 4:30. She said she went to get property flyers but their was nothing on the door that said I'll be right back or anything the office was completely shut down. She 100% lied to me and was super unprofessional. Terrible management. I will not be living here.
This is my first apartment and I have had an overall positive experience. Pros: great rent price, comfortable living space, walk through closet, updated appliances plus dishwasher, convenient location (I 70 is a minute away, the katy trail and main street are in my back yard as is the casino if your into that) Cons: all the light fixtures are nonstandard size sockets so it's a pain to change bulbs, maintenance and contractors can let themselves in wether you are home or not. I once came home to a half dozen sweaty repair men in my apartment rewiring the walls. The thermostat sucks. It doesnt seem to ever know the actual temperature inside so it is imposible to program. Conclusion: All these problems I can live with. When I first walked around the apartment (1br 1ba) I thought " this looks to nice for this price". I have been comfortably living here for about 6 months. Ive seen people complaining about management in other reviews but I havent had any proplems with them. I pay my rent on time. I dont bother them and they leave me alone.
They are repaving their parking lots. So without notice or even trying to contact me they illegally moved my car and put it in a different parking lot! Then tried to CHARGE ME for moving my car! When I could have moved it myself for FREE! They evicted me for not paying the charge of them moving my car!!! This place is a JOKE!!

All tenants were notified and several attempts were made to find this tenant before towing his car. Of the 256 units only two car's were towed which is as a result of proper notification to our residents.
This apartment really does look like a amazing complex and would love to move in, within the next few months when i would be ready, it is the most ideal apartments ive found yet.
Located right by Main Street and the streets of St. Charles. Perfect spot for a casual night out or date night. Highway 70 is right around the corner. Management has been nothing but kind to me. Helping me with all questions I've had.
I think this apartment complex will be a great value and a wonderful place to live, once I'm ready to move.
