Nice building and management
Nice little apartment buildings from the '50s. It's on 85th, which is a busy street, but the windows are thick car traffic bothers you. Lots of amenities in the neighborhood. Lots of trees in the back give shade. There are nine units and each has its own entrance, which is nice. There's one coin-operated washer and dryer onsite. The building manager is very professional and responds to queries very quickly. She's also a really reasonable and understanding person, which can be rare in the Seattle rental market.
