I haven't been here a whole month and the maintenance here is a joke. Three different maintenance men have came out and still haven't figured out the problem with my air.

This property was descent when I moved into it, they have a new wave of tenants that throw garbage on the grounds. I have a bunch of garbage just threw on outdoor breezeway, I mean we get valet trash pick up , but still these new disgusting tenants throw garbage outdoors. The leasing office manager is never around, the maintenance stop keeping up the grounds, so garbage is out there, they use to go to end of street toward crest wood cleaning the grounds, not any more. They stop caring, I guess that was only till they got the apartments full. I guarantee you these are welfare people living here now, even though we suppose to make times rent to move in here. This is straight hood. If Rock partners would pay employees more, they would not have such a overturn of leasing managers, I have been here a year and this will be the third leasing managing and this man has let the property go real down, no rules have been enforced. YOUR ELECTRICITY WILL GO UP, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH FILTERS, I ASK THE OFFICE TWICE. I HAD SAME FILTER FOR A YEAR, STILL NO FILTER, FILTER SUPPOSE TO BE CHANGED EVERY MONTH, SO BE AWARE OF THAT, WITH THE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. VERY FED UP AND LEAVING.

Shootings on a regular basis. people walking around at night selling drugs. Paper thin walls I kept hearing my neighbor clear his throat. Staff is terrible and rude, the office doesn't file their paper work correctly, kept putting notices on my door to turn in rent even tho my rent was turned in on time, and they lost the copy of my lease and they asked to make a copy of mine. My neighbor had his car stolen. People hang out side in the breezeway drinking till 2am. Police are slow to respond. A train track is right next to the office and is very active and loud at night, it isn't active during the day or I would have not moved in knowing it was there. The pool is almost never open, the staff says it's because it needs to be cleaned. The one time I went to the pool I was kicked out after being there for 20 mins. Had what looked like black mold in the bathroom but office never came to check it out. Never got my deposit back even though that place was spotless. The electric bills were very high because of the poor insulation, had a gap under my front door and it was never fixed. They had washer and dryers available but they were always broken. This is the absolute worst place to live. The only thing that would make it more horrible would be if I got bed bugs........ Oh wait I did, And the apartment wouldn't do anything about it. I wish someone would have warned me! Read everyone's reviews... They are telling the truth. At one time they were offering money off rent to write a positive review....just ignore those good ones. Also I was there during the updates.... It's like putting a new paint color on a completely wrecked car. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

The trash is always over flowing from the dumpsters. Stray cats are everywhere! Maintenance will promise to fix the craters in the moon but they lie lie lie. Horrible management and they pass the buck. Do Not Move Here. I wish someone would have warned me.

Not worth moving to.The office personnel Sharon,Nesa,and Yolanda are very rude people's they only care about money and not the tenants.Water bill is now added to your monthly rent.The apartments are not safe at all ,shooting every other night.robberies.purse stolen out of a lady car this month at the 709 building loud noise from the neighbors,the floors creek several guys hanging and selling drugs in the breezeways. Courtesy Officers are lazy they don't respond to anything.The apartments are not worth the money the new management is charging.The appliances are always broken trash grinder.dish washer always clogged up.Tenants are afraid and are moving out every other day from the Park of alloa.

I Lived here for 2 years, upon leaving they said they will return the deposit,as i left the apartment in excellent condition.But its been 3 months,they did,t give the deposit back. So no matter how much you clean ,you will never get back the deposit.

I've been here for six months, here is a list of things that have gone wrong: Mail/packages stolen multiple times Loud kids and residences Trash is everywhere People doing drugs all over the property Neglect from maintenance and property workers Apartments are falling apart (our ceiling collapsed due to a leak that was ignored by maintenance, also our kitchen flooded because of a pipe that burst)

my Apt has so much room...I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath apt. I love my apt...I have two teen girls and they love everything about this apt. From having there own bathroom to walk in closets..to space in there room to do there homework..and have friends over. The mastersbathroom bedroom has two walk in closets...a spacious bathroombedroom and so much space you can have a bedroom and added love seat put in your room...I just love it!!!!

I have lived at Town Park (now The Park of Alloa) for almost 4 years. For the amount of rent, I feel the apartments are decent. You are not able to find many apartments that include certain utilities in your rent but here, water and cable is included! Other than the typical apartments living where you hear EVERYTHING that goes on in your neighbors unit, I would say I've enjoyed my time here. I don't have any issues with pest, however, I tend to spray my apartment myself. I have not had many issues with maintenance but for the times I have, they responded within a reasonable amount of time. The office staff is fair and courteous from my experience. I have never had a problem with them. If you are looking for somewhere to live that is reasonably priced with a decent amount of space, I would recommend The Park at Alloa. If you are someone who requires peace and quiet and don't like hearing kids playing around the units, then maybe you should consider somewhere else.
