Fantastic community, perfect location, amazing service! I would love more get-to-know-you activities with neighbors, but otherwise, I am very happy with my choice to make Crimson my home.

The entire staff from the concierge, maintenance, valet, housekeeping, and office management, everyone has been professional, responsive, and friendly. They do make you feel like the property could be your forever home. The building is well-built. You have privacy, noise control, quality of interior design, quality appliances, etc. Lastly, the location is ideal because it's central to all the best in Houston.

Excellent amenities, kind, wonderful and efficient staff. Plentiful community-driven activities provide opportunities for both social and professional networking.

This is ny first apartment living experience. I’m glad I have made the right choice of property. The concierge and valet team members are always friendly and helpful. The public areas are kept clean all the time. Neighbors are courteous and friendly as well. Glad to call this place my home.

From the moment I moved into Crimson, I've been thoroughly pleased with the experience. The apartment itself boasts a comfortable layout, with spacious rooms that immediately felt like home. Every detail seems to have been thoughtfully designed, catering to a modern lifestyle while retaining a cozy charm. The amenities have been nothing short of impressive. Whether it's the [specific amenities like pool, gym, lounge area], everything is maintained to the highest standard, providing convenience and leisure right at my doorstep. Moreover, the staff and management here deserve special mention. They are always approachable, prompt in addressing any concerns, and genuinely go out of their way to ensure that residents have a wonderful living experience.

Really great complex. It's obvious that the elements in the apartments and common areas are good quality and design. By far the best of what we've seen compared to other similar apartments in HTX. Beautiful rooftop pool - this we're using a lot. Friends staff. Good location walking distance to the River Oaks District with many good restaurants. Not the best community feeling compared to other places but would definetly recommend living here.

Community has potential. The units are the best part of this apt complex. However the AC never runs properly in the summer and maintenance will give you every excuse as to why it doesn’t get cool. Management is lacking in several areas.

Good clean and quiet community. excellent concierge service. only issue encountered is non EV cars parked at charging stations and EV cars parked at charging stations but not charging their car.

Awesome staff and team. I found all the team members at The Crimson to be professional and very courteous. All we need is a restaurant built into the building and we’ll be set!!!

Onboarding was a complete mess, they were not ready for us despite multiple email confirmations. Keys were not ready, apartment didn't have what it was supposed to, appliances didn't work, etc. Overall very disorganized and highly disappointing.

I loved living at Crimson because of the people! The neighbors are welcoming and truly make you feel like a community. The building is beautiful and the amenities— the only thing that I would hope to see improve is the communication between residents and staff.

The maintenance staff is great. As are the valets and housekeeper. Everyone else does nothing. Including the property manager who is non-existent.

Lived here now for 6 months and we are still very happy that we chose Crimson. Amazing service, nice pool area with regular maintenance, the gym has an amazing view and the property is mostly always clean. Recommend this place if you would prefer to have close to everything too, restaurants, shopping, grocery store, cinema just down the street

Staff very hard working and interested in providing a safe, clean place to live. They have nice events several times a week including food truck and exercise classes Botox was offered this week as well.

I have been a Crimson resident for over 9 months now and am ready to move out. There have been multiple break-ins and one attempted break in to my apartment. Additionally, there was an issue in my apartment that was affecting our health and safety and it took four plus months to finally remedy. The worse part is that the management team treats residents poorly. There are some really great people on the front desk staff, but even there, you see turnover.

Everything about this place is amazing, from the service to the facilities. Have enjoyed every minute of living here, and recommend it to everyone!

I moved in recently and everyone has been very kind and accommodating throughout my moving experience. The complex is clean and quiet. The amenities are as advertised. Can’t wait for more experiences living here!

We moved in for Security, we are moving out for lack of security. The building was amazing 2 years ago with different staff.

I had live in Crimson since the first week they open to residents. I was person number 6 that move into this beautiful luxury apartments, and I keep renewing my contract. I recommend Crimson to any one that wants to move in a safe environment plus the apt inside are very modern, the public areas are so amazing beautiful. This place is very very nice! Living in here is the best thing happened to me! Thanks crimson for making my life very comfortable!
