I can’t complain. I have everything I could need and more. I love the gym spaces they have to offer. The maintenance staff is attentive and responsive. The office staff can be overwhelmed on busy days but if you give them time they will tend to you.

Have lived here for almost three years and up until today have enjoyed living here but come home today and for the first time my packages have been stolen from my front door. I have had numerous packages delivered in the past three years and just the past week without any issues and today my stuff is gone. I have other packages coming this week and I have to pay to have them rerouted as I am worried they will be stolen again since I am at work all day. This is extremely disheartening as this person just took supplies that were needed.

Absolutely thrilled with my new apartment complex! Before moving in, there were a few hiccups, but Anthony from the management team took care of everything promptly and professionally. I’m genuinely impressed with how quickly and adequately he resolved the issues. Now that I’ve settled in, I’m even more delighted. The community here is fantastic—spotlessly clean, safe, and welcoming. The workout room is well-equipped and a pleasure to use, and the amenities are top-notch. The park, pool, and walking trail offer beautiful spaces to relax and stay active. One of my favorite things is spotting the deer that occasionally wander by; it's such a serene and lovely touch! Overall, the staff has been amazing, and the environment is exactly what I was hoping for. I’m looking forward to enjoying my time here and continuing to explore all the great features of this apartment complex. Highly recommend!

I’ve never lived in Durham and moving here has made my stay here in Durham amazing. It’s quite ….pet friendly and I love being off the golf course. I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

It is peaceful and quiet here, day and night. I feel safe coming and going from apartment. The manager is accessible and steps in whenever she feels something isn’t being addressed quickly or efficiently enough. She always has a smile or kind word. The maintenance staff a quick to resolve issues, no matter the time, day and night. I have never had a landlord/management company this good before.

Most of my neighbors are amazing and I love how quiet the neighborhood is it really gives off a Homie vibe and the dog park is a really nice size

After tonight’s shooting and the constant smell of marijuana, I dont feel safe here anymore. When I moved here 8 years ago, it was a quiet, well runned complex. Not anymore. There are people drinking and cussing and littering in the parking lot all hours of the day and night. There is a major need for security here. The good tenants are moving out because of the unsafe issues here. Not sure if management cares.

Have the best neighbors in my building and absolutely LOVE my view from my balcony! The grounds are kept mowed and clean and the noise is not at all bad. I have thoroughly enjoyed my year of living here and just renewed my lease!

I love my apartment on the inside. It's the community that makes this place very undesirable. There are multiple residents that smoke cigarettes and play loud music in the evenings. There is also a VERY STRONG SMELL of marijuana in certain areas. The parking lot seems to be a meeting place late at night for people that don't live here. The management seems to care, but not enough to do anything about it.

The complex itself is pretty decent and quiet just your average noise level. I do feel as if maintenance should be legit maintenance and not somebody who does the basics b/c I repeatedly have to get the same thing fixed of just D.I.Y it!! The office staff is pretty decent. Anthony is awesome 100%. I don’t agree with a lot of the fees because it just makes the rent seem outrages. Besides your rental rate there’s about $160 worth of extra fees on top of a convience fee of about $44 (at least for me) to pay rent online I feel that’s outrageous as well as paying for pest control services that I haven’t used in over a year but it’s billed monthly and the valet trash fee but I take my own trash so I shouldn’t be paying that but never the lest there could be some minor upgrades. But it’s not too shabby i guess

This is a very nice area that is close to the shopping center, drug store, the ups store and restaurants including the gas station. I would definitely suggest this community to someone who is looking for a nice area to live with their family.

For the most part, love the staff but the upstairs neighbors always sound like a herd of elephants when they are walking in the apartment. Maintenance is sometime slow about responses to issues but when, they do respond they are very professional and accommodating.

Apartment area are clean and staff are amazing. Has free dog poop bag when you're going for a walk. Not every dog owners pick up their poop, but someone does staff wise at least.
