Property Ratings at Crocker Park Living
Where do I begin… they lost my application in the beginning and contacted me the day of move in to say it’s move in day.. I was like what, I never heard from you? Very poor communication and certain residents are treated better than others if you are higher paying or have a different social status. And then there were the issues with mold, in my washing machine and in my shower, absolutely filthy, did nothing to fix the shower. Claimed they did but still full of mold after they “took care” of it. Mold can make you very sick and I ran three tests on different units show two types of dangerous molds present here. Oh and the windows only open maybe 6 inches and when I asked they said yes so I assumed they did and then was told they must have forgot to tell me they only open a little bit, they say it’s city regulations but their are residents with balconies that open way more. Also tons of water damage in the hallways which they basically painted over and did not remediate properly. It’s very noisy here and I also got the pleasure of watching a drug deal go down behind my building a few weeks after moving in. Very unsafe here for your health and well-being. They will ignore your emails and not help, stay far away! The reasons for all the high reviews is because they enter you in a contest if you leave a high one for money of your rent, very deceiving. Hard pass on Crocker park!

We've lived at The Residences at Crocker Park for Four and a half years. Have not had any major problems. When there's a maintenance issue with our apartment, the maintenance staff responds in a most timely and professional manner. The property is well maintained, clean and safe. We feel safe as we walk the property daily. The management staff is very attentive and eager to address any issues or questions. The grounds are seasonally decorated and are always very pleasant. There are always many activities to participate in and a great way to meet your neighbors. There are very many amenities and the in-suite laundry room is especially nice. The fitness center is also very nice and well equipped. We haven't experienced an unacceptable level of noise. The location is perfect and very convenient to major highways. In all, we are very happy at The Residences and look forward to many more years at this location
