Property Ratings at Cross Creek Apartment Homes
This place is horrible. The maintenance crew don’t do anything. You’ll have broken appliances and still have to pay full rent with nothing working. They plow horribly in the winter. The rules are not enforced and they constantly have crimes in this area. It’s not safe.
Not a pleasant place to live. At this price and the fact that the buildings are only like 10 years old I can't believe how run down and BADLY managed and dirty it is! I decided not to even apply for an apartment after seeing what my friend deals with When winter comes around next year try clearing the sidewalks....
We were pre-qualified for a leasing agreement, filed paperwork for early lease break, paid fees then were denied a week later after a 2 month process. After undergoing a 2 month application process with the leasing company here, they had pre-qualified us for a 2 bedroom apartment for myself, my husband and our 7 month old son. We gave them our income information and everything else they asked for. At no point during these conversations did they inform us that we were over the income guidelines. To qualify for their rental properties, you must be under $38,100 per year. My husband YTD has made $9370, in 3 months. Which would put him at 37480 per year. Unfortunately, with his job his income varies greatly from 1 quarter to the next. Because of this, they denied us after forcing us to give notice to our current apartment complex and break the lease 3 months early. Now because we had paid our current lease termination fees, we don't have enough money for a down payment on a different apartment complex before the end of this month. Now we have 30 days to find a place to live and come up with extra money for deposits instead of 3 months. With practices like these, people will end up in a greater hardship than they already are.
It' s great, I' ve got over 800 sq. ft. Livingroom/diningroom, bedroom, closet/laundryroom with washer& dryer. A kitchen with stove & refrigerator, dish washer and disposal. I also have a front porch and a concrete patio a sliding in the back. Being retired, the cost be less, but I'm making it.
Cross Creek is a very nice place. Short distances to movies, shopping, places to eat and nightly entertainment. the large property is well maintained. There's a real nice pool. workout room w/ TVs and a Business office w/computers(w/ internet).Plus a big room w/ Big TVs for parties.
Cross Creek apartments is a wonderful place to live. I have a number of health problems and the staff accommodated my needs. They are really nice people. The apartments are clean and kept up as well as the landscaping. If your looking for an affordable place to live, I highly reccamened Cross Creek Apartments.
