Property Ratings at Cross Creek Apartments
The manager here is friends with the residents she talks about her tenant business with the other tenants. She is very rude and disrespectful she doesn’t know how to talk to her tenants when they need help with something serious, she laugh in her tenants face about they problems. When something is broken they don’t come and fix it they look at it and say nothing wrong with it. Over 1 year of things being broke in my unit. They been through so many management since I stayed out here. Bugs is a big problem here. Bugs I have never seen before. Kids are disrespectful people let they kids play around your car putting scratches on your car, kids cursing, playing on your door, blocking the stair way. Trash is all over the stairs. Park is dirty. If you looking for a place you want to call home don’t come here!

Ive been here a year now and love it. Of course we don't have all the children hanging around our stairways cause it's only one bedroom apartments. maintenance is quick and do their jobs well, no problems with bugs because all my neighbors are clean. just a noisy young lady upstairs but heck my dog barks. Office manager and assistant take care of problems in a timely manner.
I absolutely hate it here!! The pictures and information are deceiving. I am from out of state so it was hard to see how terrible it really was. I am constantly calling to report maintenance and disturbances issues. The maintenance takes care of the issues relatively fast but nothing is ever done about noise disturbances. I constantly sit in my apartment thinking there is a fight going on upstairs due to the banging and shaking of the walls and nothing is ever done. The children around here run free and don't have respect for anyone. They sit at the bottom of the stairs right outside my door yelling at each other and leaving their trash everywhere. It is so bad that we are looking to end our lease early and take a hit on our credit just to get away from this place. Warning you now, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
The worst! Inconsiderate. Overpriced. Unprofessional. My family and I have been living here since May 2015 and it has been the worst decision. Yes, we renewed our lease only to skip the hassle of packing up and moving until we buy our home...but now I'm regretting it. Firstly, as other reviewers have said, the kids are disrespectful and rude. We have kids and won't let them go outside and play because what I see and hear from trips to and from my car. Kids are cursing, fighting & bullying each other, they block the breezeway and act as if they don't see you. Secondly, the roach problem. Yes, roaches. I understand to see one or two here or there due to nasty neighbors and the wooded area BUT it's ridiculous to see them as much as I do. Not only is it embarrassing, it's disgusting! They carry diseases. Lastly, I've been without A/C since Saturday, June 11th and it's now Monday, June 13th. The last straw was when I came home today - 6/13/2016 and nothing was done. House was still hot (86 degrees) and soot was everywhere from where the maintenance man did his "work". I never got a call from management - Denise & Angela or the maintenance man stating if they'd received my service request, what had been done or why our apartment looked an absolute mess. The fact that he thought it was okay for our 3 year old daughter and I to stay in a apartment with soot everywhere and breathing it in pretty much speaks for itself. I'm now staying at a relatives house for the night. I am appalled at the way things were handled especially with the amount of money we pay for rent monthly. I expect things to be handled in a timely manner and be done correctly. If you're looking for a place you can call home and actually care about their tenants then don't come here. I cannot wait until our lease is up. Read prior reviews on... They're true.
