You get charged for community fees for the amenities that have been under renovation for 12 months now. This means there is NO laundry facilities, pool, fitness center, or clubhouse like they advertise on the website. RUN!!

This place has roaches and is charging for amenities that do not exist in any capacity. They are simply playing the "it's coming soon" game which allows them to continue pocketing the money. They are plenty nice while they rope you into a contract you will soon wish to break

The application and approval process was great. The property manager Ms Pam was very efficient in responding in a timely manner and keeping me up with the status of everything! Working from home I was so pleased to learn cable and internet are included at a discounted rate. Highly recommend

The property is under new management and the new company is Excellent. The application process is nice and smooth. Miss Pamela is great! She is on top of things. It’s very quiet over here. Cable is included with your rent. Internet(spectrum) and I believe two cable boxes. But aside from a few minor things, the overall experience is great.

We relocated to Columbus, GA from another state and happened to be looking around. So many things were wrong with this property. Management was unprofessional and long winded, refusing to answer any direct questions about the property. We were informed that units were being renovated and there was an increase in rents. We took a road trip, and let's just say it's a NO!!! It is a very sketchy and appears to be a "on the wrong side of the tracks" neighborhood. No place to raise children. The outside of the place was in complete SHAMBLES, look like they were being demolished. The windows were not in tact and very trashy. The apartments look like they were leaning over on hills also. There are better affordable options in Columbus. Keep searching.

I've been at Cross Creek since 2010 and just moved in my first house. This is a good starter place for a small family. One suggestion, if you have kids it's best to stay downstairs so you won't disturb your neighbors when they play...
If I could honestly put 0 starts I would. These apartments are affordable but they are RAGGEDY. I have been a resident since MARCH and I have had nothing but issues. The plumbing is horrible !!! The maintenance team are very lazy and NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED! The first week I was here they had to come into my apt because people UNDER me was getting flooded from my bathroom. As of now I have had to call them time after time because water is flooding my kitchen from a dishwasher that I have never used. The Rent Manager Laura makes excuse after excuse. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RENT SOME WHERE ELSE !! It’s not worth the hassle. Cross Creek is out dated and needs major work!!
