Property Ratings at Cross Creek Apartments
I have lived here for 3 years and I do not recommend this place I live here and I have mice and roaches all my neighbors sell drugs and maintenance sucks. People in the main office are rude to me and the mice and me are friends after so many years of living together.
Slow with completing maintenance request. ROACHES IN ALMOST EVERY BUILDING!! Now Random Inspections. Save your money, go somewhere else
Just moved in and already having endless issues. The apartment was not cleaned in time for my move in and my several requests to have cleaners come in have been blatantly ignored. There are holes in the ceiling and base boards. I found crumbs, food and trash left behind by the old tenants. I had to clean soap scum and built up dirt from the shower and kitchen sink. There are cobwebs in corners and the countertops we’re dusty and dirty. I’m already preparing for the worst and devising a plan B should things get any worse at this place.
Maintenance sucks and people in the main office are rude and don’t care to help you with anything. Keep looking, this is not a good place to move to.
The people at the office don’t care about fixing any issues with the apartment. Maintenance takes forever to repair something. There’s no light at night around the complex, trash is everywhere! Drug deals and loud music. I can’t wait for my lease to be up.
Great living area great apartments excellent management the treated me well felt like I was family very satisfied
This place has gone down hill. You drive thru the property and you see trash everyplace junk in doorways. And bags and bags of trash in balconies. So with that you know there is roaches and mice! I smelled weed and actually saw a guy rolling a blunt on the hood of his car by the office!!! Music was so loud coming from Apartments by the OFFICE. Who allows that. I will not be wasting my time there.
The layout of the apartments are nice and some have received upgrades but that's where it ends. My first night the hot water heater went out and it didn't get replaced until several days later. The toilets ran and it took a month before they came out and fixed them and we're responsible for the water bill. Again I've been here for a month and haven't received a water bill and was told I wouldn't until February because they are changing over to a new system. In my short time here the outside line for the toilets has backed up twice. The patio doors and windows are extremely drafty. The front door has so much air that I stuck towels in it to keep the draft out. They put weather stripping on the door but made some other adjustments so the door doesnt fit the frame. I called the office again to report I was stuck in my apartment becaue the door handle is broken. Maintenence said they would come out and yet here I am at 1am still stuck in my apartment. The have one maintenance man to take care of the complex and it took almost a month before I got a copy of my lease.
These apartment are where you move when you want decent living. The apartment buildings are well taken care of inside and out. Sure you may have something go wrong now and again but the staff here are friendly and prompt, when and if you do have a problem. The complex as a whole is clean, quite and a cool environment. Which make me, my wife, and kinds feel safe. I've been here three years and would recommend to anyone looking for a decent apartment and affordable place to live.
