I love how the location is right in the middle of all the good restaurants and shopping centers in town. Everything is in walking distance. Great location!
I can honestly when I moved here 6 months ago the communication with the old staff was not good. Since the new staff has arrive I’ve been thoroughly pleased with the communication and upkeep of the property! It’s a quiet and gated community which I appreciate.

I’ve been here for 2 years now. Maintenance is always done as soon as possible and there are very little if none disturbances. The property manager, Cara, is always responsive and helpful. My son loves the pool and wants to go every time. They just redid the pool area and there is a firepit we can’t wait to use for roasting marshmallows.

Today this complex is better than it has been over the previous years. The new management handles problems swiftly and overall the complex is quiet with a sense of security as well.

I've read the reviews posted and could not believe anyone living at this property would rate it 5 stars. I've been a resident for 5 years and have seen a dramatic decline in customer service, property care, and maintenance upkeep, while monthly rental costs are increasing. When I first moved to the property I could honestly write that 4 to 4.5 stars would have been an appropriate rating. But since Corsair has bought the property, the property has drastically decline and a rating of 5 stars is certainly not deserved.

We have lived here for almost a year now. The manager Cara has been on her stuff ( unlike other managers in the past) and communicates with tenants about any issues !!
