POOL NOT REPAIRED OR OPEN. SHOTTY BOOK WORK BY LEASE COMPANY. THEY LOST OUR LEASES AND DELETED LEASES WE SIGNED IN 2020. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.

While we certainly understand your frustrations, we want to assure you that we do extensive research to make sure we are providing our residents with fair rates and all of our rental prices are based on current area market values. As for any maintenance concerns, our goal is always to provide maintenance services in a timely manner. All resident requests are addressed in the order in which they are received with priority given to more urgent repairs. More like a community than a complex, Cross Creek has been a great home for me and my family. The staff is extremely friendly and personal and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Free cable, internet, and lawncare a definite plus!
