Property Ratings at Park at Slidell I
Do not rent from them they do not fix anything for you and then have an attitude when you ask. Plumbing is at least 30 years old also. Not worth the money they ask for. Hardly ever cut the grass also. This place is a joke
I live in a two bedroom two bathroom flat at Cross Gates Apartments in Slidell. It's located in the best public school district in Slidell. I can walk to a grocery store a Walgreens, an auto store, and a gym if needed. Other apartment rentals in Slidell for the size is outrageously priced and far from everyday accomodies. The staff there (Miss Lori and Mrs Terry ) along with the maintenance crew are very kind and always easily available. Crime is also never a factor in that area. I feel very safe and pleased with the Cross Gates Aparrments.
The apartment's that I live in are so nice and very quiet. The area of Slidell La. that they are located in is just like country to me. I've lived in an apartment complex in Kenner La. and those apartments were no where near the apartment that I am now living in. I've been here for 3 months and absolutely love it. The staff in the office is very nice and friendly. I had to call maintenance once and they are very quick to come and fix the problem. I plan on living here for a very long time. It's close to shopping and the interstate. This is the best move that I've made and I'm very happy to live here. I would recommend my friends to live here too.
After moving to Crossgates, I realized it was in the perfect location for the town and the apartments have been maintained extremely well. We have ample parking, shade and amenities. The apartments are spacious and have lots of different floor plans. Haven't found anything I do not like!
