Property Ratings at Crossing at Northpointe
there are roaches everywhere, a roach infestation. i seen roaches the first day i moved in. please don’t do it ! there “ amenities “ aren’t really amenities, the pool is dirty and hasn’t been open in two years & the “ laundry facilities “ have roaches , puddles or dirty water and mold everywhere. only two dryers and washers PER BUILDING. they will OVERCHARGE. these apartments aren’t renovated & have very outdated appliances. they charge you for random costs that aren’t included in your lease neither.
Whew, where do I begin? If your looking or thinking about moving into this place DON'T DO IT! Literally the worst decision I've EVER made. If your looking for a place in Florissant, ANY AND EVERY OTHER COMPLEX is better and are about the same price. SAVE YOURSELF A NIGHTMARE. I've been here for a year and they have changed management FOUR TIMES. The current management (as of 03/2020) is probably the worst they've had. I've called and reported an issue with my drain once a week for the last TWO MONTHS without any resolution. I got to the point where I GOT IT FIXED ON MY OWN ANDDDDDD I dont want to even deal with the stress that would come with trying to get it reimbursed. I called and asked to speak with property management two times, each time being told I would get a call back, its been a week and NOTHING. This is the latest issue but trust me I can go on about stuff from the day I moved in. Im counting down the days until I leave this place.
I thought these apartments would be amazing with a playground for my children, pool, and onsite washer and dryer, but I was wrong. This has been the worst experience ever. My dishwasher has been broken since I’ve moved and I’ve got the runaround for the three weeks since I’ve been in the apartment. My master bathroom drain has been clogged for those three weeks as well and I am still waiting for a plumber to fix it. If you want a runaround when things break in your apartment this is your place.
THESE REVIEWS ARE 100% THE TRUTH. DO NOT MOVE IN. The apartment I rented was broken into. Car broken into. Good luck on getting maintenance out to fix anything that's going wrong with your apartment. Moved out 4/13 and it's 4/25 and I still haven't got a walkthrough. I was told they have 30 days to do the walkthrough..Yeah ok.. Apartment is cleaner then the day I moved in but guess who's going to eat that deposit. If this is your only option, TRIPLE SECURE EVERYTHING AND HAVE A LAWYER ON DECK AND SAY YOUR PRAYERS And good luck to ya.
I move to St. Louis 2 years ago. I searched online for an apt before moving, hoping to pay app fees, dep, etc. online like in some other cities I've lived, but none of the places I contacted had that capability, so I had to search when I got here the weekend before starting my new job. This was my 5th place to look at, and the staff worked to get me into an apt immediately (I was in by that Tuesday). They worked with me (and I them) to fix anything that needed to be. The only major issue I've had since living there is the old manager, but the current staff (some who were there when I moved in) do their best to work with tenants and prospective tenants. When I was facing a possible layoff, I constantly communicated with the staff and they told me they would try to work with me as best they could. The staff tries to pick up any trash and debris that falls from the dumpsters as quickly as they can and they try to maintain a clean environment. I'm moving to another state now, otherwise the only other reason I would leave the apt is if I were to purchase a home, or unfriendly people started working there. I'll miss the current staff and manager.
This apartment complex is a dump. We had numerous issues from the sewage literally backing up in the apartments to infestations and even fire hazards. I had to call their management located off site to even get any assistance. Don't ever move here. Rent is way too much for what you get in return. The walls are very thin and the other tenants have no regard for their neighbors. They are very loud and music is thumping all hours of the night. Check the reviews on Google to see how disgusting the place is. You have been warned.
I had to pay 175 dollar total just for them to look at my application. $35 for the application fee which was understandable, the another 40 dollars for the occupancy permanent, and another 100 for the administration fee. After I payed all of that money just for them to deny my app. and they refused to let me get my $140 back for the occupancy permanent and my administration fee.
Apartment is nice. Good size and lots of closet space. The neighbors are just getting to be a problem. They're a bit on the rowdy side.
