Situated northeast of Nashville and just south of Goodlettsville, Northeast Nashville blends a small-town feel with big-city convenience. This community provides a charming contradiction, juxtaposing early 20th-century architecture with an array of modern, suburban shopping centers.
Although it is easily accessible from Nashville’s vibrant center, Northeast Nashville promises residents a quiet escape from the bustle of city life. In the general area, travelers find pastoral parks, old-world stonework, and an overall friendly atmosphere. Northeast Nashville touts a growing, diverse, and welcoming community, in addition to quick access to Interstate 65, affording many in the community short commute and travel times.

Great Management The leasing consultant, Lenora, has done a great job at Crossing at East the last few months. The property is well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful and they create a sense of community in the building.
I love this community, the wooden breezeways give such a Gatlinburg feel.
As others have also pointed out the units themselves are absolutely a health and safely violation. Our unit had a leaking ceiling in the bedroom, that was ignored by maintenance, the foundation of our building was sinking as evidenced by our bathroom door that became more and more crooked to the point we couldn’t close it by the time we moved out. The counters are also slanted and painted over. In addition to all of this, the *new management* is comprised of the most incompetent humans available on the market. Which is crazy considering over half of us lost our jobs during covid so it’s not like their was a lack of capable people to choose from. I had to follow up so many times with the office staff that I started to question my own sanity. For absolutely any issue I needed taken care of. I was laid off and applying for rental assistance that the landlord needed to sign off on. I followed up with them for 4 MONTHS every week and finally camped out in the office before they signed it. And by that point the program was closed to applicants, the apartment threatened me with eviction and I had to take out a loan. THEY ARE THE HUMAN EQUIVALENT OF GAS STATION SUSHI. STAY AWAY.

Properties are infested with high and dangerous levels of mold. Property management and maintenance are very well aware that the properties are unsuitable but paint over mold areas and leave porch doors open to air them out. Kitchen, dining room, and living room floor caved in and they did not fix it. Became so hazardous we had an inspector come in who advised us to leave the property immediately. Inspector found 5 different types of mold infestations in our air ducts. They never fixed our flooring or the mold and charged us an early termination fee of two months rent, and cleaning/painting fees. Other tenants have had furnaces catch fire and have been unable to get them repaired. Please do not rent here.
