Great location. Fair price. Jillian spent a good deal of time with my roommate and I going over the pricing and aspects of the apartments. We felt valued.

Seeing your five-star review puts a smile on our faces! Thank you for supporting Crossings at Glassboro.
Stephanie was extremely helpful and even more welcoming! She made the entire process very easy, and responds very fast despite how busy she is. The apartments are beautiful, nicely renovated and clean. She had us tour an apartment, accommodated our needs/wants in an apartment, and sent over the lease all within 24 hours. We move into our new apartment next month and couldn’t be more excited.

We have been living at The Crossings since March 1st 2024. Two senior citizens and our adult son. First of all, we have downsized and were looking for temporary accommodation for at least a year. Our search bought us to The Crossings, and we are so happy it did. The location is perfect. Close to just about everything and we feel quite safe here, Everything around us is clean, well run, and the office keeps us up to date with all the news in a very timely manner. The first few days we were settling in, as in everywhere, we had a few hiccups. We contacted maintenance and the office staff and they did not disappoint. Everything was corrected and running smoothly right away. Jill, Frankie and Stephanie in the business office are the greatest. They were very patient with us trying to sort us out with the application, and all the that we were looking for. They are so friendly, and accommodating. The maintenance crew are so prompt and friendly. They understood our issues being seniors and were so helpful. They have always come right away when a request has been submitted. Our apartment is on the first floor with its own entrance, and I have a garden area where I have planted flowers and made it my own sanctuary. We also have a small patio in the back entrance which we enjoy. With my outdoor furniture I can sit off and enjoy my quiet time or have family enjoy it with me. We are also within a few feet of parking our car which is very convenient for us as we have mobility issues. All in all, we love where we are, and even though we will be looking to buy a house eventually, we feel very comfortable here and highly recommend The Crossings.

I am preparing to get my masters at Rowan next year and preemptively took a tour at The Crossings with Stephanie when I was visiting the area. I am nervous about moving out of state, but the tour eased my nerves. She was very knowledgeable about the unit and the town of Glassboro. I mentioned my frenchie while in the office and Julian was quick to mention the up and coming dog park! I loved the area and can see myself enjoying the community. There are a lot of amenities already, but room for the property manager to continue elevating the status of the property and making upgrades.

The Crossings in Glassboro has been a wonderful place to live! The apartment I live in is the most spacious that I've come across in this price range. It has a nice open floor plan and the 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom apartments are amazing to have. It's something that's very rare to find. The staff are friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick to fix any problems that arise, and I've met nothing but nice neighbors. There's a real sense of community among residents. I highly recommend living at The Crossings. You won't be disappointed!

I moved here from out of state recently and my experience has been excellent! I was worried from the old reviews I read online, but my leasing agent assured me that The Crossings is under new management recently and they are making a ton of positive changes! She sent me real time photos of the apartment I was applying for, answered all of my questions and calmed my out of state move nerves! My apartment is beautiful and all of the staff seem so friendly and professional. Thank you!

I've lived here for 2 years and I've finally had enough!! Im going to be so honest here so if you want the truth here it is. The photos are not how the apartments look. Things are fixed POORLY and halfway. Heater breaks every single winter and the A/C breaks every single summer. This year I did not have A/C at all. They give you temporary desk sized space heaters to keep warm when it breaks and window A/C units instead of fixing the centeral A/C problem. It always smells like weed in the apartment because it comes through the vents of other units. Water gets shut off every 3 weeks for maintenance issues. You are very close to Rowan, so much so that you hear ALL of the sports games and University traffic during the school year makes it Impossible to leave the complex. There is NO parking at all after 7pm. Always bugs inside your apartment. Maintenance takes about a week and a half to fix a problem. Ive also had to call the fire department two times because maintenance wouldn't fix a gas leak. They don't except maintenance issues over the phone or in person. ONLY through work order forms. Maintenance has entered my apartment multiple times without giving me prior notice. Things have been moved and my pets were LET OUT OF THEIR CAGE while I was at work. Also the crime is awful. There was even an armed car jacking in the complex. I am officially moving out at the end of this year because I cannot take it anymore. Also, best part of all... they raise your rent by at least 200 each year!! This place is not worth the money. They raise your rent and use the money to update their leasing office. Find somewhere else. That's all nothing but the truth.
The Crossings at Glassboro have nice size apartments, with spacious rooms and closets. The owners have made improvements to the outside of the property and to the office/community room. The staff is professional and provide excellent customer service.

There are so many negative reviews, but we have had a good experience here so far. Staff is friendly, maintenance has come quickly anytime we needed something, and neighbors are nice. Idk why people complain about no guest parking when there are spots open all the time. Only complaints is the rent is high for no laundry in unit. Pool didn’t open for the summer which was a bummer. Give it a chance, it’s seriously not as bad as these bad reviews!

I just moved here on the 15th of January, and I have to say EVERYONE in the office is very friendly and helpful and has been able to answer all of my questions and concerns. My apartment is great and has no problems besides the garbage disposal not working, but maintainence is very fast and gets things done extremely quickly. Overall I think this is a great quiet place to live with good food around, and especially great if you go to the Rowan college considering how close it is!

I took a chance on this place and applied before the new company took over. And have regretted it since. Everything takes forever to get fixed. Something is always broken in the apartment or easily broken. For apartments that cost so much you’d think that you’d get what you pay for but that is not the case. And don’t even get me started on the parking. Guest parking is only 25 spots for the WHOLE community here. And even the guests in the guests spots will soon be getting towed if they’re in a spot for too long. The office staff can be somewhat of a help depending on their mood. I will never rent from this company again. If I could leave now I would.

Really poor management. It’s under 40 degrees here and I don’t have hot water or heat in my apartment for almost a week now. Emailed and called the office everyday and no one come to even take a look. Packages are a mess too. I was waiting on a medical package and the office never notify me that it got delivered so I started a claim process for the package and turned out it was in the office this whole time. Just poor experience all around.

Since new management, the crossings has been a mess. Hard to get in contact with them. Haven’t had hot water for four days and took four days for them to even answer their phone about it. It wasn’t too bad here under previous management. Don’t alert you when you have packages either. Things are not communicated.

Office staff is very inviting and make you feel at home. Move in day went smoothly for us, we had our rent paid early, it was quick & easy. Sent any small problems we had to maintenance and I know with so many people in at once, they will get our requests done as quickly as they can. Loving it here so far!!

I've lived in the crossings for a year now. I truly enjoy living here. I have wonderful neighbors, the management staff has been very friendly, and the maintenance team has been unbelievable. Any problems I've had have been sorted out within the day, and it truly feels like home. I would highly recommend this for off campus housing, or as a starter apartment in Glassboro

Hello, thank you so much for the amazing 5-star rating! We're thrilled you feel this way about our community and team. We appreciate you!
Good luck getting your AC fixed if it goes. I have talked to the property manager off and on since September of 2020 about it not working. It’s July 2021 and it is still not fixed. “Oh the HVAC guys will be out in a week or 2” “We have to order a part it’ll be 2-3 weeks” and countless of other excuses will be told to you. If their excuses and weaseling fixed things, this would be a 5 star complex people the world over would visit. However since that’s not the case, you be better off anywhere else. The maintenance team are the nicest people on the property. The property manager almost seems like it was a job just handed to her that she didn’t want and still has no interest in. I’ve been told “2-3 weeks” multiple times. With proof of dates the property manager said as such. 9/8/20. 3/26/21. 5/3/21. 5/27/21. 6/29/21. — All dates I had spoken with the property manager (whether via email, phone, or in person) and was blatantly lied to.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We're very disappointed you feel this way and would like the opportunity to speak with you directly at (856) 881-1212 or at the office about your concerns and clear up any misunderstandings. We understand your frustrations with the long timeline but can assure you we've been doing our due diligence to resolve these issues. We appreciate your residency and look forward to speaking with you.
First let's start with the maintenance. Since the management company changed, it takes them a while to assign a job to the maintenance department, then it takes them a while to get a guy out there to fix it. Over the course of a month, it took two maintenance requests and multiple phone calls to have the maintenance guy (who lived in my building) to fix the issue. During the 2019-2020 school year, there was a narcotics bust in one of the buildings, and an armed mugging. They say they have security systems, but the units really don't. They have a security panel that you have to pay any outside company (ADT, Brinks, Cops Monitoring, etc.) to use. The townhouses that are in between the strip mall on 322 and the property are also extremely sketchy. I don't recommend them. You couldn't pay me enough to renew my lease
They charge so much for so little and new management company is a joke.
Rent went up because of someone else's misinformation. Now have to pay more because they can't get their info right. If you're going to live here, avoid taking what they say at heart. They don't all know what they're talking about. Go with their email, even if their email has the wrong date for things like inspections, where they come in and look at everything literally less than a day after sending it.
Lived here for 2 years in an old 1970's styled apartment for an absurd price. The first warning not to live here is that they do not show any actual apartment model for rent. They only have displays, and you aren't granted your apartment number until a couple of weeks to move in, with no tour. They show you the nicest upkept demo apartment. Mold growing in the bathroom, drafts in all the windows and the doors. Not to mention, my heat failed to work for an entire winter. Maintenance could never figure out the situation with the heat and ended up "inspecting" the pipes in my house everyday with no solution. A/C is as old as the unit, high electricity bills. Hot water is iffy and could take up to a minute to get to a decently warm temperature. Carpets don't get replaced until the maximum 7 year limit for landlords to replace carpets. They smelled like old pet urine. Sad place for an extreme cost.

While they always have friendly staff working in the office and they take care of maintenance issues in a timely manner, there are many flaws with living here. Parking is very limited and it is difficult to have guests over. Neighbors are noisy (this I expected considering the number of students, however I did not expect to have to hear loud music so often on weeknights). Another part of living here that is particularly annoying are the quarterly inspections. While I understand the reason that they perform them, I think that they go about it very poorly and without consideration for the residents. They do not let you know when they are coming, but instead say that they will be showing up at your door any day from Tuesday to Friday. Then finally after having to wait for them to walk in, always feeling stressed that they would walk in while I am showering or at an equally bad time, they often reschedule for another week so that residents have to be anxiously ready for them to show up at any time. Apartments are decently sized and I have no complaints about the apartment itself, the kitchen is nicely sized and there is plenty of closet space. It really is a shame the parking, neighbors, and quarterly inspections are so bad. Overall it is okay living here but I look forward to moving out, I would recommend renting a house as other renters that I know in Glassboro are doing this for cheaper and do not have the same problems that I have at Crossings.
Nice place but all they care about is towing cars. So forget about having anyone over especially after the office closes because they expect you to get a guest pass during office hours or else your just out of luck. So if you work or have a long class day then forget it There's enough spaces to not even have assigned parking. Only 12 guest spaces avaliable. It makes more sense to have towing hours the same as office hours but they don't care because I have seen cars getting towed late at night or super early in the morning both after the office closes and before it opens so it doesn't even make sense.
It's definitely the best place for college students. They even offer rent deferments if you get financial aid which is really nice. The building itself is a lot nicer than I expected. Big rooms, and a nice kitchen. Rent even includes water, air conditioning, and heat. The have great amenities too- weight room, rec room, wifi in the rec , sauna, tanning booth, and even a pool. Rent isn't unreasonable either with how much they have to offer. I just wish they allowed pets. My favorite part about this place is probably how much closet and cabinet space I have. I don't even use the one closet there's so much space!
Perfect apartment if you want to live off of campus, but close enough to still be able to walk to your classes. The community center offers a gym, pool, and social area. Staff here is great and helpful when it comes to any problems with your apartment too.
I recently moved into the Crossings so I could attend Rowan (as most people in the complex do). I was surprised at how LARGE the 2 bedroom apartment is. The "master" bedroom that me and my boyfriend share is huge with a giant walk-in closet and small bathroom (but none-the-less it's a second bathroom which is awesome!) We opted for the "classic" model which doesn't have any upgrades like granite but we got lucky and got a dishwasher even though it isn't guaranteed for this style. We haven't had a problem with the old applianced either. Old reviews talk about the slow response of maintenance, but this couldn't be farther from true. The man who runs maintenance is amazing and gets to know everyone and was knocking on my door to fix a sink leak within an hour! The HUGE downside of this complex is the parking. Every spot is assigned and we were only given 2 spots when we have 3 cars. I leave my car in the Rowan commuter lot and walk to campus, which is fine but I do worry about my car! When people who don't live here com to visit, there's no visitors spots so they park in spots that belong to residents. You can call and get them towed at their expense, but everyone feels bad doing it. But then you risk getting towed if you have to park in another person's spot! Horrible chain reaction. A lot of people will leave a note asking to call their number instead of towing. This happened to me but then the person didn't answer for hours. Thursdays-Sundays are obviously the worst, but I'm investing in a big orange cone to block my spot. It's quite noisy and people walk around the complex a lot, but as a college student I obviously don't mind this too much. Our 2-bedroom unit is on a corner so we only have neighbors on our living room wall which was lucky!! I can live with the problems with this complex though because the positives are great... so close to campus and literally ANYTHING you could need! Every fast food chain, grocery store, restaurant, etc. is within 5 minutes. We're able to eat cheap because the area has so many deals on sushi, pizza, etc. and places like big lots, aldi, and dollar tree around the corner! So great for a college student to have! Pool, gym, and tanning are a plus and laundry is so convenient with the laundry card and online app. Overall, good place and I will stay until I graduate assuming everything goes well this year!
My apartment was the cheapest available. Everything in great condition. Painting was a bit sloppy but you can always decorate to cover up the mistakes. A ton of space, three closests in the one bedroom. The only downside is you can hear everything outside with the windows so now I'm getting curtains
For the town of Glassboro, Crossings provides a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and provide different layouts such as 2 bed room 2 bath, 2 bedrooms 1 bath, and 1 bed room 1 bath. The staff ensures the area is clean before move in and reacts to work orders quickly. The new laundry machines located in every building are up to date and provide a service to pay from your smart phone. There is also amenities such as a pool, gym, lounge area and tanning bed at the club house. The only complaints are that the office is that there are limited office hours, the price is a bit high compared to other buildings and starting this year no new pets can be added to lease. Overall Crossings has been a wonderful place to live and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to live in South Jersey.
I just signed my 3rd lease with crossings at glassboro. I have not had any issues and I really enjoy living here, great place to live while going to Rowan University.
