I’ve lived at Crossings of Bellevue for two years now and couldn't be happier with my choice! The community has everything I need—from a relaxing pool to a great pet park, where my dog can play. The neighbors are friendly, and the Office and Maintenance teams are always so helpful. Special shoutout to Belinda, the Maintenance Supervisor, who truly goes above and beyond. She even got special treats for my dog to accommodate his food allergies, which meant so much to us! Crossings of Bellevue truly feels like home, and the staff’s attention to detail makes a big difference. Highly recommend!

Pros: Quiet, away from hwy 70 traffic noise, maintenance staff is friendly and attentive, neighbors were nice, pool (when they have to staff to keep it clean) Cons: Layouts of units here suck - Was very telling the 1 bedroom townhome has the best layout, does not enforce dog breed policy (many shepards (one prone to attacking other dogs in the neighborhood), pits and even a wolf mix), office staff does not care about resident concerns and is only concerned with collecting your money, cannot get in touch with off site property mgmt (they either dodge your calls or have a poor office presence), rental price increases do not match the quality of the amenities received, Valet Trash is inconsistent and makes the neighborhood look messy, no longer affordable option Many better neighborhoods in the area that cost roughly the same. This place is on a downward trajectory.

We do have a restricted breed list at our community, however, we at times must make exceptions to this policy if an animal is classified as an Emotional Support or Service Animal and proper documentation is provided to us upon move-in. Pros: Nicest maintenance team you’ll ever meet. Every member of the crew is so friendly and genuinely good at their job. They have gone above and beyond for me several times. Parking is very convenient. Always guest spots available. Apartments are spacious, and rent is great for the area. Several floor plans have a sunroom-type space that is great for a mock office if you work from home. Cons: These apartments are old. This is not a secret, but I didn’t appreciate the impact it would make. My unit had a mildew smell that never completely fades, my bath tub never stays clean because the finish is off, there is no overhead light in the bathroom or living room, there are wallpaper remnants visible under the new paint in some places. This does not feel like a *luxury* apartment, BUT I am close to everything I need, feel very safe, have the essentials in unit, and definitely appreciate the reasonable rent. Just depends on your priorities! I am happy with my experience here, but don’t think I need to stay more than a year or two.

My overall experience at the Crossings of Bellevue has been good (lived here for 2 years). But I moreso came here to write this review about the maintenance team here. They've been fantastic the whole time I've lived here, always very quick, helpful, friendly, and considerate. In particular, Josh has been awesome. Super friendly guy and I always appreciate his work!

This place is not actually pet friendly even though that's what they advertise! The apartments are also not designed well. My apartment has carpet everywhere, there is no place for a kitchen table, the kitchen is very small even for an apartment, they enclosed the balcony and the whole apartment feels like it's leaning. Don't move here! There are better places for the money!

As listed on our website and expressed in our lease agreement, pets must be approved by our office. Breed restrictions expressly include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rotweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Mixed Breeds are determined by the dominate breed. We are disappointed to hear that the layout of your home was not to your liking. We strive to make each resident's experience the best it can be. If you like parking 5 buildings away from your appartment then this is the life for you. Each and every night there will be people illegally parked around the neighborhood with no action taken. They have leased this complex beyond capacity

Each and every night there will be people parking in front of no parking signs because the lots are rented over capacity... the solution offered by the office is to walk down the street
Buyer beware.... the lease states parking is first come first serve, but you might end up needing to call an uber to get to your appartmwnt
My daughter and I have enjoyed living in a 2 bedroom town home for two years and this is why we each are moving within the complex into 1 bedrooms. Love the complex is pet friendly with amenities ie. dog park and wash station. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants, far enough from Nashville to not be in the hub but have a country feel with the woods and landscaping around the complex. I want to commend the staff for always being helpful and friendly. Maintenance is always quick to respond if these is an issue. I recommend you stop by take a look around and make the Crossings of Bellevue the place you will call home. You won't regret it.

the Crossings are one of the gems of Nashville. The apartments are spacious and quaint and the area is very homely. above all the staff is nice and helpful. I have lived here for 5 years and never had a problem.
The Crossings of Bellevue are an affordable, nicely maintained apartment complex.
It's very well matinenced and they come fix things quickly. It is far away from downtown, and as a 20 year old far away from where the rest of my friends live. Two grocery stores near buy is awesome.
