Property Ratings at Crossings Village
After living at Crossings Village for eight years now, I feel that I am more than qualified to give them an exceptional review. I originally moved in as a temporary situation until I figured out something more permanent, but in a short period of time, I came to realize that the entire staff was going to make Crossing Village my "home" with their TLC. It would be easy for me to talk about my clean, spacious, and well-maintained apartment. With its wood burning fireplace and in-suite washer / dryer / HVAC unit / hot water tank, or the fact that I have my own individual garage. I'm two miles away from the freeway, and 15 minutes to the airport, and 15 minutes to downtown. But for me, the biggest location plus is that I'm across the street from the finest lifestyle and shopping development on the west side of Cleveland. I literally walk across the street to 15 different restaurants and bars, along with an 18 screen movie complex, LA Fitness, and 95 retail stores - including groceries. But I have lived in many much more expensive buildings in other major metropolitan cities with similar amenities, but not one of them had the personal touches that the staffing at Crossings Village has shown me. Traveling as much as I do; they have cared for my apartment like family. Attending to my mail or packages, or just checking on the apartment itself during seasonal changes or inclement weather. Yes, this lovely apartment is where I live, but it's the management company and staffing that make it my "home", in a very respectful and subtle way, all while valuing my privacy as well. Eight years and counting, I'm in no hurry to leave - Unquestionably Five Stars.

I have lived here for two years. The apartment is clean, quit, spacious, and comfortable. Excellent! The staffs are professional and very friendly and I am so satisfied by their services. Within walking distance to Crocker Park. I would recommend to anyone!
We have lived here for a year and are so sad to be leaving (due to job relocation). The apartment itself is great: very spacious layout, and they just replaced the windows and patio door! The location is perfect- 20 mins to downtown and walking distance to Crocker Park. When we have very rarely had maintenance issues, they are fixed ASAP. The office staff are very pleasant and are good at contacting you about maintenance and packages. The pool area is reallly nice, and so is having your own garage. Would recommend to anyone.

II cannot say enough about the professional and genuinely caring staff at Crossings Village. April and her staff go above and beyond to ensure Crossings Village is a place we love to call home. Top that off with a great location within walking distance to Crocker Park and easy access to I-90, why would anyone even consider any other apartment complex?
Selling a house and moving to an apt.isnt easy ! Paula at Crossings Village made everything so simple. She showed me around and explained everything to me. We had the paperwork done and I had my keys. My apt was clean and freshly painted-- all ready for me right on time. The pool end club house is awesome !! I think I'll stay for quite awhile ! Peggy
Crossings Village has everything you could possibly want.! The open floor plan includes a living/ dining/kitchen area complete with a wood burning fireplace & a porch with large sliding doors . Sit by the fireplace, or on the covered porch and watch the seasons change in a well landscaped courtyard. The kitchen includes all appliances - stove, fridge, microwave, energy saving dishwasher, and a laundry room off the kitchen with a newer washer and dryer. Two large bedrooms - with large walk-in closets- and two bathrooms complete the feeling that you are in a private home. The illusion is complete because each unit has an entrance door that opens to the outside. Well insulated both for sound and energy efficiency. Whole house air and heat which you control! Each unit includes a private garage with a door opener. Crossings Village boasts a beautiful pool with all the accoutrements - lounges for sun bathing or visiting with friends and neighbors; picnic tables with umbrellas; gas grills; large atmospheric enhancing firepit and hot tub. The Clubhouse can be rented for parties and includes a huge fireplace, tastefully decorated seasonally, a full kitchen, a workout space with miore than adequate equipment, and a shower and chsnging space. The staff is phenominal!! Very responsive to all inquiries and needed repairs are done in a very timely manner. I rented the guest apartment - which is also a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit that is completely furnished in a manner which anticipates your guests needs. My son, his wife, and new baby came for Christmas. Unfortunately, a pipe burst Christmas morning and flooded requiring a move. The staff came at 8am - moved them into the model suite, and there was no charge for the rental due to the circumstances. They could not have been more accommodating or pleasant! The views from every window are lovely, and quiet, no matter the time of year. The trees house many varieties of birds. My guest room/office overlooks a little pond with families of ducks and geese. If you would like to live in a home without having to worry about any maintenance concerns, in a lovely gracious atmosphere that is respectful to your individual privacy concerns look no further than Crossings Village. Crocker Park (with its stores, movie theaters, restaurants, etc) and several smaller shopping plazas are within walking distance. And the highway -90- is 3 minutes away. Getting ready to sign my 3rd lease! Highest recommendation!
