Property Ratings at Crossroads at City Center Apartments
Terrible place to live. Trash cans are almost always overflowing with trash and trash thrown out of them. The neighbors are very noisy, the noise from the second floor apartments can be heard all over, they seem like paper floors, the water pipes thunder like they are going to burst. My apartment has been a nightmare: roaches, black mold in the kitchen, the dishwasher has moldy residue, it smells terrible and they have not wanted to replace it. The apartment was delivered to me badly painted, the main bathroom door frame damaged by water and although a maintenance person personally saw all these details, they have not fixed them. A bad place to live. I do not recommend it. I look forward to the day that I can leave this apartment.

I been living here for the past 4 years, I had never experienced a bad situation with the staff or neighbors. I always have good neighbors around me and the staff had always done a good job. The manager at this moment its a sweetheart and always welcomes you with a good possitive energy in the office. I enjoy living here.

Moving in was a nightmare. The shower tub was not ready for use upon move-in. I was told it would be ready the next business day after moving in, but it took another 24 hours after that for the maintenance people to finish the job. Even after they "finished" the tub, I found that the hot water did not work-- all of this resulted in a newly-leased apartment not having a shower for nearly a week. Management proceeded to claim it was somehow MY misunderstanding that caused the maintenance people to mess up the hot and cold shower piping, even though the shower is extremely basic and does not have separate handles for hot and cold water. There's trash all over the complex. Management has posted announcements that they will repeatedly charge any tenant whose front door has trash next to it. Of course, trash is thrown about by other residents and wind blows it all over the complex, so this does nothing to actually stop the trash-- it's just the terrible management penny-pinching the victims. The management takes steps to make paying rent as difficult as possible in order to rack up late fees. They do not post rent on their website until the first of the month, and they require rent to be paid on the first of the month-- yes, this means you have less than a day to pay your rent "on time." The management arbitrarily cuts off access to the online payment website and requires that late payments be made in-person with certified funds, which has no purpose except to further rack up late fees (as they take Sundays off, have cushy limited office hours, and want you to go as many days as possible without paying rent so they make more money.) The management has a terrible attitude, and claim that every apartment complex in Colorado is run the same way. Don't be fooled; I have lived in other apartment complexes where electronic payments are the norm (because we're living in the 21st century) and utilities are included with rent, not added on top of it. The people working here are simply lazy, and want to take advantage of hard-working people so they can continue getting richer sitting in their office doing nothing. On top of all of that, the neighbors are incredibly loud (both within the complex and over the fence at the nearby Oak Ridge Apartments.) This includes loud music, pointless shouting, and kids jumping around early in the morning and late at night. I also found roaches in my apartment not two days after moving in.

Jacob, we are discouraged by this characterization of our community as it is not indicative of the comfortable home life nor level of service we strive to provide. Our team works hard to ensure all homes are in pristine condition for new residents and we apologize that the condition of your shower fell short of your standards upon move-in. Please note, maintenance requests are prioritized by order received and severity of need. Our records indicate that our team resolved this issue for you once reported. We appreciate all residents' patience as our team resolves all outstanding requests. We hope all residents are being respectful and courteous of one another by being cognizant of their noise levels, disposing of their trash properly, and abiding by all other community policies. If you feel as if a resident may be in violation, please alert the office so that we may address this issue directly with the individual. We care deeply for all of our valued residents and strive to provide the best experience possible. We would love the opportunity to sit down with you, discuss your specific concerns in greater detail, and improve your experience here overall. Please call the office at your earliest convenience and schedule a time to speak with management if you are interested in doing so. Thank you. We hope to hear from you soon.
This apartment is bad to live in the sense that your Bill of water is shared with those of the other neighbors, and that they do not tell you when you move ally, and you will never find where to locate your car as it seems in some apartments q are only 2 cameras, have 3 and 4 cars and we have normal q q are 2 we can never have a good lampoon, and cleaning the building is not the same, but if they are very large and beautiful apartments, the very attentive office people, that's if there are no complaints

Thank you for your feedback, Odelis. We appreciate you taking the time to recognize our team's efforts to provide excellent service. We believe our pricing to be fair and accurate based on our research of the current market, but we'd be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding payments here at our office. Unfortunately, parking is not under our control, and we do our best to optimize the space available to us to provide suitable parking. Please pay us a visit at the office so we can get a better understanding of your concerns, and resolve any issues you may have.
Great community to live in! People are too critical of apartments in general , so all of the reviews are going to be about some bad experience because those are the only times people write a review. Crossroads has been great to us! We have been here a year and are signing a new lease at the end of this month. It's a very safe neighborhood, kids play outside with no worries everyday. We all look out for each other. Maintenance guys are friendly, the office is always ready to help, and the apartments are kept in good condition. If you're thinking of moving here, don't hesitate. One tip- Be cognizant of how and where you park because Wyatts Towing (aka the devil) are looking to make a quick buck.
The ladies that work in the leasing office are very professional at what they do.I lived here for almost 11 years an the staff they have now are the best.
if you like creepy crawlers in your house, then this is the place for you!! I've never lived anywhere with bugs, and the management doesn't care if you have bugs, but will fine if you try to get rid of them yourself. You pay for extermination services every month with rent, but it can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks for them to get someone in to spray. We've now been stuck with roaches for over a month before they sprayed, and at the first sighting we told them we needed to be sprayed. They didnt care. Then we had bed bugs, which are horrible, and they just said that they don't have extermination service so we will have to wait until they get it. It took almost 8 weeks to be taken care of, and by then it had spread to the whole apartment. Horrible place to live!
I have lived at the Center Pointe East apartments for far too long. The apartments are fine if you are never home. The management has changed over 5 times which is not a surprise since the office staff are very rude not very helpful. If there are any issues with your unit, good luck! There hasn't been a maintenance crew for over a year and the contractors they use are scetchy. All in all, if you like loud noise, dirty courtyards, rude office staff... this may be the place for you. If not, you can do better!
