Property Ratings at Crossroads of Enfield
Not a great place to be if health is a concern of yours nor is it a good place to raise children. Apartment continuously smelled of cigarettes and windows at the back had to be kept closed to limit second hand smoke. Health concerns were brought to the attention of the property manager but nothing was ever done that we could see because the issue persisted.
This place was across from my school so that made me want to live here more. When we moved in, the place was fine. Neighbors were quiet, and it was relatively clean. Terrible porch view of an ugly scenery (roads and a middle school) but it's fine. My only concern is the smell. You can sniff the cats even from the outside. I needed to spray Febreeze in all the rooms at least four times a week. But it is a very nice living space, perfect for my family. Another plus is that these apartments are near everything. There's a lot of traffic in the morning though due to buses coming and going, and all the cars. If you don't get out of the house much and if you have a child in school then this place is great for you, It was safe enough to walk to school everyday with tons of traffic guards. If you like to travel and have a sensitive nose, I'd recommend somewhere else.
