Hi, we are deeply concerned to learn that the mold issue was not taken care of to your satisfaction. Please reach out to our front office at (704) 921-2922. We hope we can turn your experience around.
I have lived at Crossroads for a year now and will renew lease. The management has always been responsive and work orders responded to promptly. The apartments are an oasis in this part of Charlotte, includes a police officer whose car is often visible and plenty of cameras and lighting for safety. I've been fortunate to have good neighbors as well in my building so no noise or drama. Apartments are clean, affordable and I'm happy to come home each evening to them.

Hi, we are so happy to read such a great review about Crossroads Station (formerly Crossroads at Village Park)! It's great to hear you enjoy being a part of our community. Feel free to reach out to us if you need anything. Have a wonderful day!
Currently my stay at Village Park has been amazing. The office staff is very friendly. The handyman fixes everything we ask. No problem with noise or my neighbors. It is very peaceful.
I have been a resident for 3 years now and my experience has progressively gotten worse. For starters it is not in the best if neighborhoods, in fact the area is well known for gang and high crime activity. The first night I moved over here someone was murdered at a corner store and there have been multiple shootings and other murders just outside my window. The proprerty is located literally right across the street from a major highway so the traffic noise is a huge bother and if the traffic is not annoying enough, these paper thin walls will allow you to hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing. EVERYTHING. However before I address the apartment small interior floorplan.. Parking is a huge issue. The landlord has acknowledged that there is a extreme shortage of parking, in addition to that a new strict parking policy has now been enforced which tows cars all the time which in someways is a good thing but your guest are all afraid to come over being you are limited on the number of both guest and pool passes you are allotted. There is new management (who to be fair inherited this mess and is actually a nice team) in the front office and they are much more hands on than the last managers however being they are possibly aware of some of the shall I say illegal activity, they have almost monthly 30-50 day "maintenance inspections" to check for "mold" and change your air filter but clearly they have an ulterior motive and thats to spy on unauthorized tenants and drug use I am sure which I get because its clear both are here however innocent residents have to suffer to with the new rules and check ins like you are in prison. The grounds are unkept and there is little to no grass, pure dirt on my path and the trees hang both over your cars and into your windows and are unkept. Now... Come inside. Picture walking into a small office at a used car dealership and add a window and a sink and thats your living room/dining room/kitchen, if you turn too fast you will miss all of the outdated appliances but one eye sore you won't miss is the horrible popcorn ceilings throughout which pays homage to the late 80's but flows seemlessly with the white stove and fridge. There is no microwave or washer/dryer provided. The tubs are old and dirty as well. The carpet is certainly shag from the 80's. There is a small pool that until most recently was ran by the neighborhood kids from the apartment complex next door. The only plus & only reason I am here is the rent.
Very nice apartments, clean grounds and friendly staff.
Cons: A lot of noise upstairs, bad insulation, grows MOLD which is a risk for your health. Pros: Most of the time its peaceful quiet, has appliance installed.
