Property Ratings at Crossview Court
I was in a bad spot when I moved in from another state and Kathy, the manager, and the rest of the office welcomed us with open arms. They have firm rules set in place but if these are followed, you will have no problems. Maintenance is quick, efficient, and quite friendly! Management is kind and understanding, especially during the pandemic. I thank Kathy and her staff for allowing me to get back up on my feet. Thank you, Crossview Courts!
I have lived at Crossview for the past year. I highly recommend this property. They have the best management you could ask for. The maintenance crew is highly responsive, respectful and kind. I have never had an issue here. It’s an older complex but has a lot of charm and is well kept up with. They are in the midst of renovating to liven up a property that was built decades ago. The floor plans are spacious and comfortable. Mine had a fire place and huge window overlooking the city. It’s in a very accessible location. Parking is easy. Every guest I have ever had has been super jealous about my brick fireplace and two walk in closets. I have been extremely blessed frantically signing my lease under time pressure from life and being so pleasantly surprised by the whimsical charm and polite neighbors I have. This is the best complex I’ve ever been to and sad to leave it because i’m too far from work. I wish i could pick it up and move it closer to my job so I can stay here.
The leasing office employees DO NOT CARE about the safety of their residents. They are currently resurfacing the apartment above mine and all the paint fumes are coming down to my apartment and I’ve called the leasing office 5 times and gone in person twice and they refuse to resolve the issue. This is just one of the most recurring problems there are many more. I DO NOT recommend anyone to move in. The A/C system is also very toxic due to the old plumbing. The air quality is very bad for people whom have respiratory problems. Honestly I’m just waiting until my lease is up so I can move the out of this place. The “amenities” are never properly taken care of. Almost all of this summer the pool has been dirty and they no longer keep up with its maintenance anymore. The “gym” is filled with old machines and is very cramped.
Been here a year and a half...and don't plan on moving until I move into a house. The manager Rebecca is such a great manager. The apartments are quiet and safe. The area is great. No issues with roaches or any other bugs. The prices are pretty good as well for this area. In 32 years... This is the best apartments I've ever rented.
It a nice place to live. Office staff are great and very helpful.
This apartments were nice when I first move in but now they won't fix anything and is not as clean and rent keep going up.pool been close by the city.
This apartment is in the galleria area. Great location. I have been living here for over 18yrs. It is close to my job and all the great shopping and restaurants. I love this area of town.
Apartments are fine, location is good. Personal Staff are great. But rent is high. Been here a year may have to down grade to a one bedroom or move. I love it here though the atmosphere is great
I first lived at this complex nearly ten years ago. It was quiet back then so when I moved back in I was surprised there was a club built next door. But, don't let that fool you! It's such a quiet neighborhood. The staff is willing to work with you on rates and apartment transfers. Two years later, I'm signing my third and last year (hopefully) before I move into a house. One of the best things about this apartment is that it's close to all major freeways. They have wood floors, washer and dryer connections, and an affordable utility bill. You'll have friendly neighbors! Everyone greets you with a smile! :D
