Property Ratings at Crosswinds Apartments
I have lived in this apartment for 5 years, and I really love how it has the peace and quiet and spaciousness of the country, but I don't have to mow the lawn. It has a huge yard for kids to play, a fenced in area for dogs to run off leash, and it's surrounded by beautiful trees and nature. The inside feels bigger than it is, especially if you get an upstairs unit, and the fireplace and porch make it feel like a cozy home. The walls are pretty well insulated too. I've spoken with my neighbors, and we've all agreed that we can't hear each other at all from inside our units. Occasionally I will hear my upstairs neighbor walking around, but barely. The staff is wonderful. Any time I need something done, it's usually taken care of within the hour and they are always sweet and helpful. The schools in the area are some of the best in the state, and the whole neighborhood feels really safe. I love it here.
