I love the staff here and I love how quiet the community is. It’s safe for my kids. I haven’t seen one in a long time but the roach issue in our building was awful. However the staff did address it immediately. Could use some upgrades but rent is affordable so I won’t complain.

So far everything has been great! There are some minor things in the apartment that need to be fixed such as screen door, non-working outlets and door hinges. But when calling to discuss these issues it is always dealt with in timely manner and everyone is so friendly.

The only good thing about this complex is it’s relatively cheap. Pool is green, issues with the package room. The front door handle on my building has been broken for 3 weeks. There’s been a hole in the wall cut by plumbers for the last month. Nonstop bug issues. Truly awful service.

It was rough first 3 weeks but it somewhat gotten better. So on move in day got here and they wasn't fully open until 2hrs schedule time then I had to wait til 3pm to get keys because apartment wasn't ready then my ac went out for 3weeks and now it fixed definitely need help with a bug problem through out the community.

I like the location, close to my job. I like that there is a pharmacy and a grocery store close by. I like our pool and I like my building very quiet.I like how are neighbors are some what respectable to each other. That is why I like living in crosswinds. I also like maintenance there quick response to all situations.

I am fairly new here but everything has been great. People here have been very friendly and the staff are very warm and helpful. If things need to be done within the apartment the maintenance staff take care of them pretty quickly.

I moved in recently had a terrible experience. The apartment was filthy when in and the staff was incredibly unhelpful. They did very little to make up for the fact that the apartment was not move in ready. There’s multiple things that need to be done in the apartment that should have been done before move in. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

The roach situation here is getting a little out of hand. Pest control comes and sprays but it doesn’t help. I thought maybe we weren’t being tidy enough so we changed our routine. The pest control worker even complements how tidy we keep things. A neighbor 3 buildings down has also been experiencing this so I know I’m not the only one dealing with this. I have put down traps, purchased sprays, and other things in the hopes of solving the issue. It seems like bugs are definitely an issue here. A little ridiculous considering how much we pay to be here.

The community itself is pretty descent. I Love how measures are being taken for the upkeep and safety in the community. I am not too happy with the exterminator company chosen. Overall this is a pretty good community to live in.

I give 2 because in all of Wilmington you over pay. But here (if you stay on top of yr own bug spray schedule) it’s comfortable enough. Been stuck here bcz everything is way to expensive right now but as I’m writing this I’m over selling it. First there’s roaches always & don’t let them try to trick you; they have always been here. BUT if you don’t keep your own track; you will have infestations. It has got so down hill in last 4yrs & new company is making improvements but none offer any sort of customer satisfaction! Residents are bummed to be here bcz there’s roaches; rat problem for 3yrs they just 6mo ago got “rat boxes” for; broken units in laundry finally replaced;; but it took 3.5wk for 3less washers & -4less dryers & now there’s 5w/6dry for DOZENS of UNITS WITHOUT W/d hook ups! even tho you litterally fight over wash&dryers. For the last 30years the office upstairs has 3close door office rooms & 2desks (5+staff always) never been a problem for anyone before; he’d waaaay better service then what’s been here for 3+years &never a problem with pkgs before now! But they don’t notify you with pkgs (it’s on their ap that only works 1/2 time) & built an entire package room but the shelf’s are usually empty &big pile in the floor. The indoor pool hasn’t had heat in 4years; so Closed the indoor pool to “build their new office” replacing the old office ((NOT A CLUBHOUSE)) with “AirB&B style Rentals “for 150/nite “cheaper than hotels” umm not?! The outdoor pool is nice but it had been so dirty every time we went down I am genuinely scared for my kids health. I’m not a picky person I’ve always been poor & understanding & try to be patient but it’s just like they really could care less how residents feel. They tow cars out & blame “the city” & says “we can’t look up who owns what car so we can’t possibly notify anyone except for the sticker they leave” but your car is on your lease? I personally had my entirely Legal/ registered/ upto date/ on my lease car towed with 24h notice but I didn’t know about it & they said there was nothing they could do.. they would rather spend money on updates not needed then fix the peeling up tennis court; or do grounds maintenance or remove 3yr old giant stumps in the yard or provide any comfort to residents. They don’t even clean the common areas. My point is they’re wasting money on stupid choices that yes need done; but could be done for cheaper (like building a ramp for access instead of an entire new office & losing a pool)

I applied and knew not to move in. During the entire application process there was no communication from this team no efforts at all to welcome us into a possible “forever home”. I tried communicating my frustrations and all I got was attitude, kept getting told it was my fault, then i got hung up on. They were very snappy and interrupting me every time I spoke. I was told to let them do their job when it took them a month to do it in the first place. I feel they are only trying to keep the application money at crosswinds and not the applicants. I was told their supervisors are not contactable and my concerns could not be addressed. I called every other day to try and get some information on this space I just paid for, to only hear nothing back.
