Well run, ALL staff are outstanding, responsive. Amenities nice and well kept. For those on Target side of building, delivery and building trash removal noise in early am annoying, as well as congestion around garage exit makes departure a bit tricky at times. Very convenient to be able to walk to stores, bank and restaurants.

My experience at the crosswinds has been great! It is in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants around. The building itself is clean and safe and the parking situation is extremely convenient. My only complaint is it is very easy to hear your upstairs neighbor walking around, but it isn’t the worst. A very great place to live overall!
Loving this Annapolis oasis so far! I want to spend every day at the pool and every evening enjoying the town center! It is surprisingly peaceful and quiet here considering apartments typically can have noise issues.

Love the place. The accommodation is good and residents are well looked after by truly exceptional staff. Any minor problems that have arisen have been speedily dealt with by truly exceptional staff. I love the layout of my apartment, the amenities, and the ease of shopping. Also, the staff members are great! However, the downside of living here is some of my neighbors are more concerned with their addiction to cigarettes and they totally disregard the fact that our building is supposed to be a smoke-free building. The hallways continually smell like smoke.

The entire move in process was made easy and stress free! From the moment I stepped into Crosswinds, I felt at home. It is a beautiful place, clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. I moved in about 2 weeks ago, and I’m loving it! Management is very friendly and responsive. Maintenace has also been very quick to take care of my requests. All the residents that I’ve met since I’ve moved here are friendly, and everyone I’ve spoken to seems very happy here. It’s nice that I’m already getting to know a few people. I can’t wait for the warm weather to arrive to arrive so I can take advantage of the outside activities. I have only good things to say about Crosswinds. I’m so glad I chose to live here!

The leasing staff is great! We have never had a bad experience and will recommend Crosswinds to our friends. The freight elevator being broken for as long as it has is very concerning though.

A nice place to live, easy to move into, very good maintenance service. One objection - no under-cabinet lighting in kitchen makes the area dark. It would be simple and not especially expensive to install.

Very friendly staff- clean amenities, location to DTA is great. Neighbors are friendly. No noise issues. Parking is easy. Maintence is very friendly.

I love living here! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Maintenance resolves all issues in a short timely manner. Perfect location to shopping and dining. I am so happy to live here! Out of all the apartment complexes I have lived in, this is by far the best community!

It really does matter who runs your business because the leasing agents/managers that work here for the crosswinds are the best I have encountered. They are kind, friendly and genuine. They make the difference, I am glad I chose the Crosswinds! Great people.

I absolutely love Crosswinds. The amenities, staff, and the location of the apartment is amazing. Maintenance requests are answered timely. The gym is a bit small but has everything you could need to get the job done. I like the package service feature and the fact that my utility bills for the month are always low due to the energy efficient appliances. Choose Crosswinds at the Annapolis Towne Centre. You will not be disappointed

Crosswinds is a great place to live at! Many shops and restaurants within walking distance of the building at Annapolis Towne Centre. Great community and staff is always welcome and willing to help or assist you if needed!

All of the staff has been very friendly and accommodating. They are always happy and eager to help with anything we need. The facilities are nice and well maintained both in my apartment and in common areas.

Excellent property with the perfect central location surrounded by 5 restaurants, Whole Foods and Target. Also, the trees lit up in white lights brings a very upscale vibe to the immediate community!

Overall, really like the leasing managers and community. It is a great apt. One downside is that the upstairs neighbors are a bit loud with their footsteps.
