The worst apartments

You can never get in contact with anybody in the office the staff is never there and nobody answers a phone

Waist of time!

1-2 years wait on a 1 bed room is NOT considered Available SOON. Waist of time. No call back. Finally get a person who tells me 1-2 years wait. Update your availability or remove your add!!!

No communication at all!!!

I gave a 30 day notice to vacate. Well actually I was a day or two short but I was told that it would be ok. I gave a forwarding address as it was asked for in the paper work I filled out regarding my vacating the premise. I got nothing in the mail regarding charges! Yet I was turned over to collections on May 19,2019. I vacated on May 1 or 2! I called the office and as usual no answer. I left a voicemail regarding this issue. And as usual no return call! It’s going on 2 weeks now! The only reason I even knew about this, is because I received an email from my credit monitoring company. It would nice to know why I’m being charged. And what for. I wasn’t even given that chance. Very poorly ran company!!!!

Poor service to the max

The one star was only because there was no option to leave a less positive response. It’s as if you guys don’t actually have phones because you never answer them. I’ve emailed multiple times and no response. Great company. HA.
