Property Ratings at Crosswinds Village Apartments
I wouldn’t recommend anyone living in this apartment complex. The living situation is horrible they will not fix anything that is wrong with these apartments. They have flooded multiple times, lots of issues with maintenance not coming out to fix anything also has termites and office staff is very rude and disrespectful to tenants. The lady that took over this week is not fit for the job she is very rude and disrespectful to tenants when they simply ask questions. If you are considering renting I highly recommend to look elsewhere this is not a home for anyone.
If 0 stars were available, they'd got that... This use to be the best place on the Westside to rent, but current management (TM Associates) has ruined this reputation. They do not complete repairs, telling you for months they are working on it. Now they are asking residents to relocate during their lease, so they can remodel, and charge more. So if you want a responsive resident team, that handles situations professionally, you will have to go to another apartment complex, this one will cause you grief.
The maintenance office doesn't do their jobs, they tell the office jobs are done but they are not. The office 'manager' has told us that he knows he is being lied to but apparently cannot do anything about it. The office staff is impossible to get ahold of, if you leave a message and asked to be contacted, you better be ready to call the office many more times before anyone will talk to you.
My family moved here in March 2017. I have complaints about this place but we have to remember no place or person is perfect! We too had a car broken into and so did my neighbors, however they only went through cars that were unlocked or cracked windows. They didn't physically break or damage the cars. One of my neighbors chased the guy and it was some teen boy from apartments across the street. Also the pool only closed once to repair a crack and fill with clean water. They are currently rebuilding an all new pool for 2018! They also have put in a new park for the kids! The managers are so nice to my kids they always let them come in and get candy after school or hang out and do their homework. They have parties and provide treats and drinks. The also host a garage sale each year and give out free ice cream. I have never lived at an apartment complex who allowed garage sales. Overall it is one of the best places I have lived. We are currently in a two bedroom and payless then we did for our 1 bedroom in Hilliard that had almost no accommodations and wasntneven Hilliard schools. I definitely recommend this place to anyone I know.
I would not recommend moving in here. This place has turned trashy. Cars get broken into there is supposed to be a security guard but have never seen one. People are up all hours of the night outside being loud, the pool is always closed and there is never any parking. It's not worth the rent we pay. Can not wait for my lease to be up.
My experience at this complex was horrible. I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone.
Large Two Bedroom, 1 Bath Townhome with large living spaces. Melt away the stress in our 24-hour fitness center and refreshing swimming pool. Location! Location! Location! Close to everything, yet nothing comes close to Crosswinds Village. We are minutes to shopping & dining, with quick access to I-270 and I-70, Galloway, Grove City, Hilliard and Downtown Columbus. Our convenient location makes.
