Property Ratings at Crown Lone Oak Apartment Homes
They advertise being keyless-entry as if that's more convenient than having a key. The truth is, it's worse not better. You still have to hold your electronic key up to the door, exactly the same as a standard lock. However, if you step out of your apartment to check the mail, grab a package, or meet a delivery driver, you better have your electronic key. Otherwise, you are automatically locked out of your apartment and they will charge $50 to have someone drive from 20 minutes away to let you back in to your own home. It's ridiculous that forgetting to grab your key will cost you $50. I would rather have a standard lock. It's a rip-off for the apartment's convenience.
The staff is always pleasant to work with, they're prompt and reliable, and they always respect your privacy and property. My husband and I lived there for over two years while starting a family. We couldn't recommend a better place to have an apartment!
Leinbach company does not care for its customers and the apartment manager is terrible!!

I absolutely feel at home! I have been living at Crown Lone Oak for a month now and love my surroundings. I enjoy the quietness and secluded feel. There’s not a lot going on traffic wise, for right now, and easy to get on to the turnpike. I love the open concept in the kitchen and living area. I do have neighbors who live above me and are often loud, when walking or running, but that is expected living in an apartment. The office staff are great and willing to help. The maintenance are always here in a timely manner when it comes to work orders. I would definitely recommend Crown Lone Oak to friends or family.
