Property Ratings at Crown Point Apartments
Maintenance sucks. They never show up for repairs. They advertise 24 hour security and maintenance. DOESNT EXIST! I’ve been out or AC since I got here. Carpets were never cleaned like they said they would do before I move in. The whole building smells like urine and weed. I do not recommend in the slightest. Staff is hard to reach. They’re never in the office and hardly ever answer. I can’t find anything nice to say about this place. All bad experience I’ve had. I hate living here !
While attractive from the outside, this complex is so old the water that comes out of the pipes, has pieces of metal from the old pipes. The commode pipes are breaking and as a result the apartment ends up flooding. The appliances in the kitchen are all old and sometimes they don't work. The management is hard to contact. She is rarely in the office. Her people skills are sadly lacking. I have lived here for four years.
I live in a apartment complex that has swimming pools, ponds, adequate parking, but if a complex is not ran correctly the way they look are irrelevant, there should never be a time you can't contact anyone, there should always be a way to contact someone.
park south apartments are older apartments. they are under new owners doing pretty well renovating them. there's a pretty good variety of businesses close to them. most of the neighbors however are pretty inconsiderate , several loud stereos with 1000 watt amps, and very thinly insulated floors and ceilings. if your neighbor sings in the shower you can hear it. There is a pool. they could use recycling bins though. in my building there's a little bitty barking dog and it very rarely stops barking and it echoes down the hall.
