I’ve had issues ever since moving in. Maintenance only comes if they feel like it. It was times where I called and nobody came out. They also have a bad roach infestation issue that have yet to be addressed. It’s not only a couple of units that’s having this issue a good majority of people that rent here have that problem. Not only that, when I first moved in a pipe from the upstairs bathroom kept bursting and water would leak into athe kitchen downstairs. The entire time the plumbing they called out gaslight us until they found the issue. And it was an actual issue they that ended in a whole pipe being replaced. Water bill is some how increasing but I’m the only person that live in my unit. Yet again doing research they’ve been having this issue also for years. The city needs to look into this place before a class action lawsuit is filed. It’s more than enough evidence of negligence on the property behalf.

I'll start by saying I love my townhome. I'm in a renovated unit, so most of the issues I've had have been minor. I've lived here over three years, and we're on the third or fourth owner since I've been here, and countless property managers. The complex has steadily gone downhill over the past year and change, with the newest managers. My unit ended up having a major issue that took nearly a year for them to fix, and I was constantly given the runaround from management. The neighborhood used to have security - they got rid of that, and now gunshots and vandalism are a regular occurrence.

Rent increases every year while everything else starts to get worse. Ton of kids in the neighborhood yet there’s no playground. Ton of dogs in the neighborhood yet there’s no dog enclosed area. Maintenance crew seems to only know how to fix basic things that the normal person can repair not to mention they do not give 24hr notice so you may be surprised by maintenance men walking in your unit unexpectedly. They are also dishonest. They will mark maintenance request as “complete” and haven’t worked on it at all. the bugs are ridiculous. They charge a service fee to pay your rent online. I can go on and on. This place is ridiculous.

Was supposed to do a tour on 8/16 could not do so scheduled a tour for 2:30 at 8/21 and said there is nothing to tour. This place needs to get their stuff together. Don’t tell someone you have a 4 bedroom to tour if you don’t have anything to tour. This places front office needs to talk to the back office about what they are doing. Bad management, and that is coming from an ex general manager. Not happy at all.

I went to view this property personally and it DOES NOT look like the pictures...the property smelled of mildew and busted drains everywhere doesn't seem to be taken care of at all

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, truly. I moved here from out of state, and even with mixed reviews thought we would try this place out. It was a HUGE mistake. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! These apartments are horrible. They are infested with roaches and mice, no matter how many times they come to “treat” they never go away. No one will respond to your maintenance requests no matter how emergent they are. They do not care that we have a leaking hot water tank for a MONTH that has now lead to mold, and the loss of hot water in our apartment. Our HVAC does not work properly so it’s almost 80° in our unit on a hot day outside. I cannot stress enough that no one should live here!!! Run far away and do not live here!!!!!!

I've lived here about 2 years. Maintenance requests take weeks and sometimes MONTHS to get someone in - it's absolutely ridiculous. Leasing office has high turnover and many of the staff are rude and will screen your calls when you have an issue or just need to speak to the actual leasing manager (whoever it is that month - there have been several since I've lived here). Last year they hiked up the rent $400 with little notice, with no added value. There's no actual amenities to living here. No pool, business center, park, ANYTHING. If anything, the neighborhood has gotten worse - they aren't picking up trash on the streets or alleys, fences are in disrepair, trees and grass look unkempt.

We have lived here for almost a year and it’s subpar at best. Maintenance is non-existent and I can’t ever get ahold of the front office unless I stop in during their slim business hours. A few months after moving in, the handle on our oven started coming off, forcing me to TRY to open a hot oven with the oven door in two pieces. When we submitted a request, a week went by with no response, then the request was marked as complete when no one had come out at all. Eventually someone came out after we complained to the office. But that was a one off because we’ve put in several requests for several issues that met the same result. The work order being “completed” with no work being done at all, even after taking time out of work to go into the office to complain. Now our rent is being raised for what?!? If the market wasn’t crap we’d already be on our way out….
I've been here for two weeks now and i can say if something wrong them Maintenace men will come quick.
This is the perfect place for you if you like living with Roaches. They have pest control that come through every once in a blue moon. If you call to request that they come out to spray be prepared to wait 2-3 weeks for the to come. The staff is very unknowledgeable as well as rude. Run as fast as you can!
I’m a current resident. I’m on apartments.com looking for apartments to get away from here because my lease is ending soon. I happened to pass these and see that they are wanting $1500 for a 4 bedroom now. $200 more than what I’m currently paying in my 4bd. All I’m going to say is the new management is smoking something if they think these roach, rat and squirrel infested townhomes are work anything more than $500. Move here if you’re ok with cooking and seeing roaches run across the counters if you want. Lady behind me moved in 2 month’s ago to an “upgraded” townhome, and she walked in to 12 dead roaches and waterbugs on the floor. Her husband pulled the stove out and she said she almost threw up. One good thing is maintenance is friendly. But stay away if you can!!! The townhome is very spacious but my daughter won’t even walk down the steps because she’s afraid that she will see a Water bug or the smaller roaches. She was finally sleeping in her room alone and BOOM a water bug was crawling on her castle, now she’s terrified to stay in there alone. It doesn’t stop there. She was using the bathroom and, YEP, you guessed it, one popped up. But guess where it was at? ON HER toothpaste. Now she’s scared to use the bathroom alone, I have to sit in there while she’s in the tub (she’s 5) and I have to wipe her tooth paste off before she will even consider using it. STAY AWAY! I’m a neat/clean freak and I have OCD when it comes to everything about my place, But I’m embarrassed to even have guests over. I know that there is a 100% chance that they will run into a roach. (Water bugs and the little small ones) STAY AWAY!!

Water bugs the size of your hand! Wvery time they “sprayed” it got worse! Maintenance team was nice but if it wasn’t ac related you will wait over a week for something to get fixed. We had the same problem that was “fixed” five different times. But don’t let your trash cans be outside past a day or let it rain for days straight because you will get fines! And the parking is ridiculous because anybody can park wherever, no assigned parking. Sure you can park behind your home in the alley way…smh.

The place has a huge problem with water bugs. They have a pest control company that comes out every Tuesday to spray peoples home. This doesn’t solve the problem! Do not move here!

Pros: Military Friendly and nice giant floor plans... that's it. Cons: Roaches Roaches and Roaches. im talking 3-6in in length and if that's not enough they fly.. yes these roaches fly. also having power issues and plumbing. the toilets cant handle human waste very well. Maintenance takes forever i have a ticket in to get some work down on our door frame its been 3 months... the staff is rude. and i have talked to my fellow military and as they try to leave they have been getting slammed with a bunch of stuff extra charges and what not that we did not sign in the lease. and they treat you like crap the minute you say we are looking at other places. parking is terrible dont expect to park out front ever. we have had packages stolen off our porch because they would not allow us to have the packages taken to the office.
This apartment has great maintenance staff and friendly service in the front office. They are awesome and taking part in the rpp program and give me a great 5% military discount. They give you the biggest bang for your buck maximum space for not an outrageously priced apartment. They rock and I love my backyard/patio and storage unit.
