I’ve been living in Chapel Ridge and Brookstone, for 20 years total and is nice and quiet. The property manager is an excellent manager whatever you need taken care of she gets it and the staff is very kind but I love love love over here and Roslyn is excellent property manager thank you.
The apartments here are still very nice and a great price compared to the others in town. A lot of people are not well informed about Therese apartments and the hardworking staff that keeps these apartments up to the quality many people are looking for in an apartment. Yes, they have complaints and other issues that are common to living in an apartment property this large. The great part about those issues is that if you have a problem and let the manager know, she will do all she can to fix that problem as soon as possible. I continue to love here because it it's truly a great place to live!!!
This property looks like it's nice and friendly, but look closer and speak to the residents to find out that these apartments are lovely priced for old appliances, cheap rugs, trash everywhere. I have been a long term resident of your property for many years. As a long term loyal resident of your property I have been given a renewal lease proposal that would include a substantial increase in rent. I refuted this renewal offer and found it only fair to pay the current rental amount until all maintenance repairs and updates to my apartment unit is completed. I, just like other long term lease holders, have a contract with obligations that both MGM company and residents comply and fulfill. These requirements are expected to be carried out and completed in a timely manner. My compliments are shared among the many loyal residents who have lived here for more than 5 years. Providing quality and timely service along with respect from your management team here to your loyally paying residents should be number one.
It used to be great living here despite the small petty crime we had in the parking lots. But now it’s difficult to reach anybody.
I recently completed a one year stay at CrownRidge and as an experienced traveler with years traveling throughout the United States found it to be one of the places I have stayed at. From a knowledgeable and friendly staff that was responsive to any questions, to supporting the community and knowing the area completely. The quality of the property is outstanding and maintenance was superb . They provide a quiet, secure environment that covers all ages. Excellant parking and services. I would highly recommend them and if in the area again would surely seek housing there. George Andersen.

I have been living here for about three months and it is a great place. Kendra was very helpful with the moving process and her and her staff keep the complex clean and maintained well. If I have questions, Kendra is always friendly and great about everything. I have lived in other apartments and have never been in one as quiet with such helpful and nice people.
I’m a long time resident of both CrownRidge Apartments and then transferred to the Brookstone Park Homes, and I have the pleasure of being in a safe and welcoming community. The neighbors are great, the staff is phenomenal. I love this community!

What a great environment and community to leave in. My family and I have enjoyed best of both worlds by staying in the apartments and transitioned into the Brookstone houses. A very peaceful and quite community to raise a family.
Such a wonderful place to live. I'm actually kinda shocked at the negative reviews. While certainly not the newest community, it's well kept and clean. The staff is friendly and make a habit of checking in on you when you have a problem. My own experience hasn't always been perfect, but it's been more than good enough that I've recommended the place to friends.
My time here at the present name Crown Ridge Apartments have been filled with staff that serves the residents by providing a beautiful and safe community . The neighbors are friendly and courtesy that become not just neighbors but family. The apartments are located by Wal Mart, shopping stores , and restaurants. The living quarters are a place of comfort and relaxation. I recommend Crown Ridge to anyone family or single to make this your home.
These pictures look nothing like the actual location. It looks like they have removed every tree and everything looks dead and dried up. It is behind a liquor store, a propane supply, and beside an enormous auction lot, so I've no idea why anyone would say this is a good location. I've seen enough to know they aren't representing themselves honestly. I would not live here just on the contrast between the images and the actual place alone.

Many were obstructing or fully covering our after hour community night lights, and tree roots compromised many of the side walks. I'm just going to put the same review I gave them on another site. My opinion is no different. I have lived in apartments for the last 7 years, move around quite a bit. The place is kind of out of the way of anything, but I didn't initially care. Never lived in a place that I wanted to leave so quickly. Neighbors act as if they have never lived in an apartment complex before. I still stand by the statement I have made in previous reviews, I would give this 0 stars if I could!

I am surprised there are not more reviews here. The location is nice, right up the road from the grocery store and in a pretty quiet part of town. The staff are probably doing their best, always friendly and well dressed. But, it is not without it's draw backs. First, their website isn't kept up to date, the days the office is open is incorrect and they need to put an email address online for residents (or one on the notes they may leave for you). If you have a repair issue that's major like for example the toilet or the refrigerator or the heating and cooling, then you may be waiting all evening and night until the next day around 10 for assistance because the emergency maintenance number doesn't seem to be anything but a recording machine. Additionally, Price Edwards & Company who 'manage' it as the apartment website says (and these other people will argue with you about that over the phone and I do not know why) are in Oklahoma so they can't realistically come assist you when there is no one at the office. Unfortunately, repair issues will come up with surprising frequency but the good news is that the maintenance people are skilled workers who do at some point arrive and fix the problem. Among the things that can't be fixed: there is a strong odor that comes from the bathroom drains (and dishwasher), the heating and cooling unit is loud, the walls are thin (you can hear people doing daily things and kids playing like the walls aren't even there), you buy your own internet and whatever television provider you want (very few options and they take weeks to get to you), they don't allow any pets without written permission, the mail boxes are out of the way, they don't allow you to have the blinds open because it will ruin their aesthetic (especially if you have curtains), they will take weeks to pull a tree up out of the ground and it will be extremely loud and go on into the evening on weekdays, missing a day on rent is a fee of about 14% and you do get something like notice to vacate on that day exactly in some jargon that doesn't seem at all to consider that you may intend to continue living there (it also lacks contact information), there are often door-to-door solicitors on the weekends and they do come again and often. I may revise this and add a few more things as they come to mind.
