Management and staff customer service is excellent. Great need for exterior work to be done for the complex. Its appearance is the worst out of the other managed properties by Greystar within our area.
From first contact through move in, everyone has been nothing but easy to deal with, friendly, and quick to respond to my questions and needs. This group has made moving in relatively painless.
The team at Crown Royal has been extremely helpful and communicative every step of the move-in process. Any maintenance request I have submitted have been resolved within a day or at least had a day scheduled to resolve them within the week. The location is hard to beat, as well as the floor plan. Very happy with my home here!

Crown Royal is an affordable apartment building in the Inner East Side of Portland. The management company is responsive to maintenance requests, does a good job keeping up with the maintenance of the sidewalks and parking lot areas. Pretty solid and worth taking a look if you're in the market for a one-bedroom in Portland.
Very well maintained, pleasant apartment close to restaurants and coffee shops, while situated in a beautiful tree lined streets.
The complex is clean and well kept, and in a fantastic and desirable neighborhood. There's easy access to just about everything -- downtown, major highways, green space -- yet it's quiet and feels safe.
I'm such a fan of this leasing office, if I ever do have to leave it's gonna be hard. They've been so kind and genuine. We can't drop by because of covid but it's good to know that my dog likes them as much as I do!
This is definitely the best apartment Ive lived in. The location is amazing, the community is quiet and friendly, and the office staff are really easy to work with.
