Crown Station Apartments

I moved into Crown Station about 3 month ago. I absolutely love the view from my apartment. The property is well keeped, the pool looks great! The staff at Crown Station is always willing to help with any thing and very professional. Come on over to Crown Station family and friends!

I was very nervous about trying to find my first apartment, as it’s a big step for my young age. However the ladies that work in the front office made me feel comfortable and supported me throughout my leasing process. They were very active and always responded to all of my questions very quickly. When I moved in to the unit it was very clean and exceeded my expectations. I am very thankful for their hard work in helping me get my first apartment. They are great! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex, so far it has been very quiet and relaxing here. Thanks so much Crown station staff!

I have been looking for an apartment in the Amelia area for sometime, I finally found my new home at Crown Station Apartments! The ladies in the leasing office made my move in so easy and also gave me a move in gift basket! I would refer Crown Station to ALL my family and friends. Thank you Crown Station Team!

I moved into Crown Station about a year ago, and I have to say Crown Station is by far the best quality for my money! The management team is great!! I have no complaints and will be renewing my lease.

First off these apartments are trash. Inside and outside. They are so incredibly outdated it's not funny. Me and my boyfriend don't have any pets at all, but all the sudden in the 3 years we've lived here we have fleas! A frickin flea was in the back of my 7 month old's hair. Disgusting. They bombed our apartment, but not people's apartment that have pets. Very, very unprofessional. I always tell people I know not to come here. My 5 year old said this place is a dump, and he's not wrong.

I have been living here 16 years and love this place. I have been treated with respect from the office staff. Diane and Shari are the best, Dave and Dennis are always on top of everything! The property looks the best it ever has and I plan on staying as long as they will have me :)

I have lived here for over 30 years and Diane is the best manager she gets things done when you have a problem she's on it ASAP I have had an issue with my apartment before Diane was manager the problem got worse Diane took care of the problem I don't have any issues with my apartment Diane is a great manager and I'm proud to be a resident of Crown station the maintenance and management is awesome and Diane is awesome I'm proud to call Crown station my home

I have lived at Crown Station for several years, I have seen several managers come and go Diane by far is the most caring and down to earth! She makes sure the property looks the best it has ever looked! The maintenance team is always super friendly and on top of any issues. I do not plan on moving anytime so, I am very happy!!

My family has lived here for 3 years and I have nothing but great things to say about the property, management and maintenance staff. Whenever there is an issue Diane and the maintenance staff are on it right away. It is a quiet complex with amenities like a pool, park and plenty of space to play. I have two young children and feel they are safe and in a great area. We have no issues and would recommend this complex to anyone!

Pros: Across the street from a mega kroger Cons: Staff is consistently rude when dealing with any issue. Place is extremely unkempt, we were promised newer appliances and carpet when we moved in. Carpet was from the old residents and after 3 months of living here carpenters showed up asking to put down new carpet... Shower is moldy and leaky, baseboard heating makes your electric bill 75$ more but puts off as much heat as a lukewarm microwaved burrito. Circuits in the walls are very outdated and trip constantly, I can only assume there's a slow blow making our breakers trip almost weekly. Came home to fridge without power more then once (Most of the food was salvageable). If you need anything from the office staff you might as well consult with a brick wall. The maintenance team is great, always do a great job when their told about issues. Upon "insect spray/ inspection" there was leaves and mud tracked all over out carpet. For what you end up paying for these apartments your much better off somewhere else. To top it all off drug addicts frequently walk through the lawns making it unsafe to walk animals at night. Pulling in/out of this place is also a huge pain as your dumped off a 1/2 foot edge into Olive Branch road which feels impossible to pull into at times, or will get you rear-ended while pulling in so you don't bottom your car out on the 1/2 foot curb.

In my year of living here, I have not experienced 1 single problem. If I have a question, Stacey answers right away. She is very down to earth and understanding as well. Landscaping/ mowing is done every week, looks very manicured at all times. I also have not seen any bugs while living here, which is a big relief living in a community building. I highly recommend Crown Station. Close to everything you may need.

I have lived at Crown Station for almost 3 years now and I love it! I've never experienced any issues. Stacey, the manager, is friendly and always very helpful if I ever have any questions. She also does a lot of events for the residents such as Easter egg hunts and pool parties which I think is nice. Maintenance is also awesome. They're quick to respond and they fix any problems right. Also frequently see them walking around picking up any trash they see. Good to know that the people who work here care about the property and the people who live here

I have been a tenant now for 3 years at Crown Station and I am very happy to be here!! and the rent is very reasonable!! I have had very few and little problems. Crown Station management has been super and very easy to work with when ever I have needed their support of others misbehaving around my apartment or when I may need work done. The management has only the best interest of their tenants in mind and are very fair. Their maintenance team are also great and have worked very hard at taking care of my apartment when ever there has been a need and have taken care of my issues ASAP. Actually, my apartment is in satisfactory condition for the age and for the abuse that others have inflicted on it over the years. "When people live in the middle of the melting pot of other people in apartment living, there will always be issues no matter where you live in an apartment. Its also up to us (the tenants) to help make our homes a nice place to live." I have lived here for six years now,never once been late on rent,never any complaints on me,but now they raise my rent$200 more a month,I'm on disability and can't pay that much so now I have to move,the manager he replays like she is your friend when she's not just to get info on you and others there.then she makes fun of your disability.corporate won't do anything about her.they don't do repairs as needed,office makes fun of people who have a hard time.bad place for ill people,they raise rent ever year just so you know it will get higher each year you live here.

I have been here for less then a year and I'm already trying to find somewhere need to live! I've had a broken window and broken screens since we moved in, our AC unit sucks and the baseboard heat doesn't work in all the rooms. the building is live in always smells like weed and there is a serious bug problem. There is also a constant fight over parking. The maintenance and management don't really care about anything except the money.

This a good location everything is in walking distants so may places to get a jobs. I love the fact iam only 15 mintiues frome work it's quite thy have several little play ground for kids to play @ feel safe

This place is a really bad place to live. The people at the office are rude and don't get stuff done. I been here two years both years the pool didn't open for a long time after they were supposes to. I had many problems that they won't fix. It's just ball all together!!!!

Cops are always here for couples arguing, people here get into other people's business, management does not care about anything accept the money. Have seen 2 apartments broke into in the year I was living here, seen the whole parking lot filled with cops. The building I live in constantly smells like weed! Cars get messed with at night, slashed tires etc. bed bugs are in some of the buildings so bad you don't even have to walk into a apartment to see them. The pool opens late every year. People fight over parking and lots of hit and runs. Nobody picks up after their animals. Maintenance takes forever so get something fixed been here a year and still waiting for new screens from move in. "Had to fix the screens myself" also had to fix the cracks in the wall from building settling myself and replace my own shower handle when it broke on the inside. If you choose to rent here go keep to yourself
