My husband and my children live in a 2 bedroom and love it here! Clean, quiet building. Love the extra amenities that are free of use like the gym and underground parking plus you get additional parking out front. I would recommend this community!
My sister and I are very happy that we chose crown villa. our 2+den is so spacious and bright. I love the underground parking and elevator access to every floor- makes getting around much easier. Angel, the maintenance person even carried my heavy package upstairs for me, he is so sweet.
I just have to gloat about my apartment building real quick. I went on vacation last week, and our awsome staff literally took care of the 50 packages I had delivered, and helped me get my internet set up all while I was gone. I know this is not they're job, but the staff her literary goes above and beyond for the residents. I have never felt so humbled.
Me and my family been here a month. I like it. It’s quite on our floor.I like our view look across the parking lot. I get good sunlight in my apartment. I am happy we move here.
My husband and I have been at crown villa for close to 3 years. We have lived in 2 different units. We started in a 1 den And transfered to a 2 den (my favorite!) Both units were very spacious and have amazing lighting. I do however miss the view from out 1 den, because it was the nature preserve and we saw so many birds and animals. Facing the front isnt bad, it actually has way more lighting! Our building is always very clean and smells great. They just came through and shampood the whole building, so the carpets are nice and fresh. We recently welcomed a baby girl (hense the larger unit transfer) and when we brought cookies to our neighbor apologizing for a long night of crying, they said they didnt hear a peep! THANK GOD THIS PLACE IS SOUND PROOF! That was such a relief to hear as new parents! overall, we will most definalty be staying here until my husband is given a new work location.
I want to just touch on the face that I have the best view ever from my apartment. I am on the 3rd floor and my place looks right out over the nature preserve. It is truly breathtaking! Out of the 47 apartments (kidding ,but seriously) I looked at before deciding on Crown Villa, I did not see any amazing views accompanied by an updated apartment, beautiful building, and safe environment for me and my daughter!
I finally purchased my own home and am out of the apartment world (for now). I wanted to leave a review for crown villa because I had lived there for 3 years, and never had any issues. Angel the maintenance guy always fixed my stuff in a timely manner and even offered to help me hang pictures, art, ect over the years. The building is always clean and kept nice. And the girls in the office are sweet and always call me right away when i get packages. I would definitely reccomend this apartment community to other people. I do wish there were grills or outdoor eating areas for picnics with my family, but we have been allowed to use the ones across the street for the past 3 summer's. If you are looking for a safe, clean cut community, this is your place.
Very nice apartment, quiet, close to shopping, easy on and off of freeway. Movie theater across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby as well.
The buildings are very clean, well maintained. The lobbies have this grand entrance when you walk in. The views from my apt. are spectacular from the forest behind to the skyline all around the buildings. We have washer and dryers in all units, pets are free(cats only) , weight room , pool down the street for all to enjoy ,with grills! Plenty of restaurants and shopping all around. Movie theater right across the street. Our office people are friendly and helpful. Our maintenance men are the best they come running when needed! You can also see wild life! It does not get any better then this!
My apartment, it's where all my stuff is. Where I park my car, get my mail, eat, sleep. It's a nice place. But it would be even nicer if I didn't have to pay for it, wink wink!
I think my apartment building is the best because the building as soon as you walk in we have this magnificent entry way and it always smells really good and its clean. The staff is friendly and really helpful . We have a pool down the line from us with grills.The best thing that got me to rent there was the fact we all get our own washer and dryer in every unit. Also cats are deposit free and rent free that was huge! You are within walking distant to everything. The woods behind the buildings are beautiful and the breeze coming thru is the best. The views at night and during the day especially in the winter are indescribable! The skyline included!
