Paid rent on time every month for year, moved out and they want MORE money. Avoid like the plague!

I visit my friend who lives there for just the last year, they raised the rent and they slowly are remodeling. I don't believe they are worth the price they ask for and all the charges. The apartment has ants and some small bugs and management does not take care of the problem, a lot of pets all over the apartment and poop all aver the grass, very dirty and not worth the price.

Love living here! Avenue 5 took over and now new windows new carpet and workers have been here for months putting on new siding and fixing roof no mold in my appartment.

This place is absolute garbage. I’ve had a maintenance order I’ve been trying to get completed for 3 weeks. I came by Friday (the first day I was scheduled to have maintenance stop by) and he changed it to Monday, and I understood. He said “for sure Monday at 3-3:30. I bring my dog all the way to my mom’s in Finley and even poke my head in the office and ask the property manager if I’m still on the schedule to have my broken dishwasher, my busted out kitchen light, and my broken exhaust fan taken care of, and she said yes. I check back in at 4 and he’s left for the day, absolutely ridiculous. This same man is the person I spoke face to face with on Friday, they just don’t care. Other than that, it constantly smells like mold from the single pane windows, there’s only AC in the living room, you’ll have to buy a unit for the bedroom. The place is INFESTED with ants, the neighbors park their cars blasting loud music in front of my unit with paper thin windows, and there no actual laundry facility. Just the tiniest washer imaginable that’s $1.50 for a 1/3 load a normal washer has. Don’t rent here unless you just need a place to crash, but even then being behind Winco’s loading dock will wake you up every morning at 2:30 a.m. sharp.
