Property Ratings at Crowne at Briargate
DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO SPARE! I lived in this complex for 16 months and while the complex is safe and kept nicely, they will charge you for absolutely anything they can. If your trash can is left out a minute after 9am, they charge you an extra $25 that month. You aren’t allowed to leave your trash out anytime before 6pm or you are fined the same. This makes it almost impossible for trash pickup for those who work nights. I had also complained 10+ times about stomping upstairs neighbors in the middle of the nights, but the complex would do nothing about it. To wrap it all up, I was charged $400 for complete carpet replacement of the entire apartment for two minor stains. They did not attempt to clean the carpet (as they do before every move in), and they did not make me aware about the replacement until it was already completed. I have seen worse carpet stains pulled out from general shampooing but they didn’t even try. Unless you want to pay for their laziness, I recommended hiring a cleaning crew before move out. If you leave decisions up to their discretion, they will choose the most expensive route!

I’ve lived here since July and it’s been great. The apartments are spacious, the community areas are well kept, management is very responsive and maintenance is quick. Coming from Denver, the price is unbelievable for everything you get. I highly recommend, especially to any veterans or military, as it’s a quiet and friendly atmosphere.
