Our apartment is clean and the community is peaceful. The office staff is organized and helpful. We requested a couple minor repairs which were addressed quickly by the maintenance team.

really responsive staff, apartments in great condition, great natural light (huge windows), modern units. The complex has been quiet so far, and being in a bottom-floor unit, I cannot hear my upstairs or side neighbors at all.

Have been here a little over a year and am excited to continue living in this community. I have met some new neighbors and made some new friends along the way. I was sorry to see Anthony move on he will be dearly missed. Megan and her staff continue to provide a safe and comfortable community for all. Crowne Polo apartments are fantastic. CP’s layout provides easy access to nearby stores and is within walking distance of WFU. The property is safe, secure, and very well maintained! The apartment environment is good, safe living environment. The apartment is well equipped with dish washer, stove, oven, laundry machine and drier. It will be better if it's more walkable.

I have lived at Crowne Polo for a bit over a year, and I am only leaving because I bought a house. I lived here with two young children. I highly recommend Crowne Polo for families, especially for other Wake Forest faculty when moving to Winston. The short path through the woods allows for a quick walk to the WFU campus. The area is quiet--the (mostly law) students who live at Crowne Polo are quiet and respectful. The amenities, especially the pool, are great. The pool is usually not busy and is good for kids. The maintenance staff is the best I have ever encountered at an apartment complex, and they usually address requests immediately after being contacted. The leasing staff is always helpful. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and nice. Overall, Crowne Polo is a great deal.

Just moved in and the staff has been phenomenal! The apartment itself is very nice and so is the complex. The move in process was super fast and efficient because they have you finish everything prior to move in which makes it super convenient.

It’s hard to believe it’s been almost a year here, time flies but the amazing experience doesn’t. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about the community atmosphere here at Crowne Polo. The residents are awesome and the staff are outstanding. I like it so much here that I renewed my lease early to ensure that I could continue to enjoy the atmosphere. The staff always comes up with events to keep the “community” atmosphere alive and exciting. If I were to rate Crowne Polo on a scale of 1-10 they definitely would be a 100…. In all my years I’ve not had the pleasure of living in a community as friendly as here at Crowne Polo. The staff is so awesome and approachable. They always come up with new ways to get all the residents involved. The maintenance staff is top notch I’ve never had anything not repair in more than 24 hours (mostly within the hour). I would highly recommend Crowne Polo to anyone wanting to live in a community that actually is a community not just a place to live.

If you are a professional student at WFU, I highly recommend Crowne Polo. It's very close to campus thru the bike path and it feels safe and secluded. It's a really nice place to live.

My boyfriend and I have been living at Crowne Polo for about 7 months now and we have nothing but positive words!! We have loved the location of the apartment complex to things in town. Anytime we have had any issues arise management and the maintenance staff have been fast to reply and get the matter fixed! I absolutely love to live in Crown Paulo because there are lots of students at Wake Forest University so it’s very safe and I can take the school bus to school every day and it’s also have very great environment. It’s green and the staff at Crowne polo is very helpful.

I love this apartments . I love the big windows and spacious bathroom . I have 2 cats and I can see that they love this new place . Maintenance is so fast as well and community staff is very polite !

Crown Polo is one of the best gates communities in Winston Salem. It feels safe, clean and the entire staff( maintenance leasing office) is very kind and helpful.

The apartments are lovely and spacious. The staff are very friendly and plan lots of nice community activities. The amenities are also great, particularly the gym and the pool area.

Looking for a great apartment complex? Well let me tell you Crowne Polo is top notch! Staff is very friendly, caring, attentive to your needs. Maintenance is excellent, very clean facilities . Apartments are very spacious, modern with lots of windows brings in so much sunlight. Love this place I'm glad I've found it. So look no more give it a try make it your home.

Very friendly staff and community is kept nice and clean. I would definitely recommend for anyone going to grad school at wake forest as a lot of other students live here. The only downside is that you can’t make a left turn into the complex so you have to go make a u-turn to enter.

Love it here! Peaceful, beautiful landscaping, perfect layout. The pool area is so well maintained and I love that the decorative lights are on 24/7. Makes it feel like home. So glad we found Crowne Polo!
