Very spacious units compared to the units I’ve been in.the prices are also a great deal especially in South Florida, alexis and rolando are always a help in the office. Maintenance can improve on the turnaround time for work orders.
The leasing office- Alexis and Rolando are very professional. The community is always quiet. Also Al and Frantz are great, whenever I have a work order for my apartment it’s completed to perfection. Very satisfied living here for a year. Plan on renewing my lease.

The people in the office are rude the apartments have mold that they are covering up the pool be dirty they raise rent every year your lease over the trash situation is terrible raccoons in the trash ac units are old an goes out just all around terrible smh i give this property no stars

I had a few issues in my apartment and Wayne took care of everything right away. I definitely recommend these apartments. The maintenance team responded way faster than I thought.
Do not move into these apartments. Find something else that is more cost effective. Do not resort to this based on your income and affordability. These apartments are absolutely disgusting. Upon first moving in we had barely any working outlets, a broken refrigerator door, leaking toilet, the only bathroom drawer broke, the windows are not even real glass, they are made of cheap plastic, and that is a safety hazard, the parking lot has potholes, rats, roaches, no parking, if you think you’re ever going to find parking past 6 PM when you’ve worked hard all day that is near your door think again. You will never find parking as the parking ratio to apartment ratio is not the same. Please ensure that you do not park in any spot just because there’s no parking available. Even as a resident, you will have your own car towed. There is no real garbage collection company that comes to pick up garbage. The garbage overflows, and the garbage gets worst month by month. The garbage is completely disgusting and overflowing. Not to mention the sky, high hill of garbage in the back of the complex that they don’t show you when you are looking around to rent the apartment. Might I add to the mold in the apartment, the AC unit that is completely filthy and black full of dust, And they stopped doing extermination in the past couple of months. The roaches that you will see on a daily even if you clean your apartment four times weekly and never leave food out. You will see about 4-6 a day. This place does not maintain their property, and it becomes worse and worse as the time goes on. This place is a inconvenience as well as you live right by the stadium and every single event makes it very crowded and traffic is very heavy to even get home, or to even get out of the complex. For the price, you cannot even use the laundry facilities as they also lock after a certain hour. Maintenence does not show or fix anything for about a month because they are under staffed and overworked. Again, like I said, if you want to live with roaches, mold, dirty and unsafe AC units, a dirty environment, garbage everywhere, potholes that will mess up your car, and a place that will continue to raise the rent and do no changes you go ahead and do so.
The apartments look nice but the service from the employee sucks. Management is very hard to get in contact with, you can’t have a visitor after 10pm with a car because they do tow cars, they have trash problems and also plumbing problems.Also the pricing of these apartments are not true on here.
Don’t let the pictures fool you or the location. From the lack of communication to get in contact with someone in the leasing office is horrible! The office is always close and no I’m ever answers the phone.. you literally have to go physically and get things done! To get a maintenance request completed
These apartments are big but they are infested with rats and roaches, I had to put insulation foam in the cracks under the sinks to keep the rats from getting in and the management staff is terrible.
This property has come a long way, but still has a long way to go! If you are just looking for somewhere decent to lay your head; this is the place. You will get the bare minimum here in regards to service and amenities. -Major trash issue. They cant come up with the correct way to collect trash. They are on like idea #24 now. Yet, trash is still scattered, so much so that Racoons have began setting up habitat here and you greet them when walking to your car at night. The cats are present on the property as well. But see, the racoons will run and wont speak back. But the cats will sit right on your car and greet you. -Roach issue. This has been going on for years though. And dont think that because you move in the first 2 months and see no critters, that there arent any in the walls. Remember, this property was built in the 70’s. And went untreated and under maintained for more than 10 years at one point (Public Record). Pest run this property, not the people in the leasing office.
If you're desperate this is a good choice especially since the rooms are freshly renovated but beware of the following issues: 1) 5/8 of laundry machines are always broken. 2) Homeless will walk into the complex and search the trash containers. 3) Getting a hold of maintenance or leasing office is close to impossible. 4) Leasing office will send updates late ex: They send a memo 15 minutes before water shut off because a plumbing issue. 5) Leasing company will tow vehicles when visitors are over immediately after midnight. Visitor parking in itself is constantly full. 6) Roach issues 7) They advertise pool but hasn't been opened even when Corona cases were low. 8) Since building is behind a restaurant, customers from the establishment are always in the complex leaving trash everywhere.
the front office has terrible communication. you have to call to make an appointment to speak with someone but they literally NEVER answer !!!!!!!
