Horrible Management
I have lived here or 15 years. I rent from a private owner. But the the property manager is clueless, for the past year the pool is always locked with a chain and padlock because of vandalism but the refuse to have any kind of security. Always threaten to raise maintenance fee's, but do nothing and maintain nothing. New property manager is needed and way overdue for.
