Property Ratings at Crystal Lake
Crystal Lake is close to downtown Milwaukie, near to groceries and stores, but isolated from the clutter of the city. Additionally, the people who live there are open and welcoming, and never once proved bothersome. The apartments themselves are sizeable, contain well maintained appliances, and are overall comfortable to live in. Finally, management is friendly, easy to work with, and personable. You deal with people, not a company.

Crystal Lake was my first apartment experience, and I would not have traded it for the world. The facility was absolutely incredible as were Robert, Louie, and the rest of the crew. Our apartment was well priced and the complex is in a great location near Historic Milwaukie. Once again, I cannot sing this place’s praises enough.

Thank you for leaving us a glowing review! We're so glad you're enjoying Crystal Lake.
I’ve lived at Crysfal Lake for going on 7 years. I have a 2 bed 2 bath, patio, fireplace, wasger/dryer/dishwasher, a full-sized bathtub, stove, and fridge, along with ample storage. It’s the best apartment deal I’ve seen in the 15 years I’ve lived in the Portland metro area. 10 minute walk to the MAX and the historic downtown. Quiet neighbors, responsive management. I wouldn’t rent anywhere else. It’s a beautiful place to call home.
If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful, scenic place to live... Look no further! Crystal Lake Apartments is a great place to call home. They keep it very well maintained, the apartments are spacious, the neighbors are friendly and respectful. The max runs near by making for accessible transportation. There are schools and many restaurants near by, not to mention attractions and grocery stores as well. It's only a couple blocks from the Willamette river. The management is spectacular!
Crystal Lake is a great place to live! The people are super nice and the grounds are beautiful! Nice pool to relax in and cute little pond to sit by. Its walking distance to downtown Milwaukie and the majestic Willamette river. The draw back is the older buildings and out dated appliances. The windows do not seal very well and this causes mold to grow in the winter months. The W&D is small (if you get one).
So far this place has been great to live. Only a five minute walk from the orangline opening up. And the same distance to downtown Milwaukie. Quiet apartment complex to live.
