Crystal Riviyera

Lived at Crystal Riviyera while I built my new home. Location was great and facilities were fantastic! I lived in a one bedroom apartment, which I found to be very spacious. Cable TV was included and channel offerings were fine. Joyce was very accommodating from start to finish. A great place to live at a very reasonable price.

Living at Crystal Riviyera is lovely! There is immediate attention from the property manager! The maintenance man is always available and on time. Residents swim daily, getting a little sunshine and enjoying life! I absolutely love the garage! Being able to get into my car during inclement weather is the best! Guess I'll stay a while!! Thanks Elizabeth!!

Best community I've ever lived in, the amenities are great, the finishes in the units are gorgeous, and the Property Manager rocks. 10 stars for Elizabeth!!!! for getting us in quickly.

This is a very quite neighborhood, clean and has lot of parking spaces Close to the Mall, restaurants, supermarkets and 95. The elementary school is excellent. I must say the Property Manager was so sweet , what a lovely personality. I was sold!!!

I did not know Deerfield Beach at all and feel like I discovered a wonderful hidden area! My apartment has an amazing view of the Lake, the swimming pool is huge, and the beach is only 10 mins away. it's a very quiet area. Shops and many local restaurants are in walking distance and Interstate 95 is close by as well as the Turnpike. I like my neighbors and have made many great friends. Neighboring towns such as Pompano Beach, Boca Raton and Coconut Creek are easily accessible providing more fun things to do. I could not be happier and could live in my apartment forever! Loving it!!

Amazing management! The apartments at Crystal Riviyera are beautiful and the staff is amazing! I am happy and content.

huge apartment These apartments are like the size of a house. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when I went to visit. The closest immediately took me to "heaven" because it was so humongous! I have never seen a closet this big at any apartment. Every day I come home I am happy when I enter my apartment. THE ONLY feedback I would give the owners is more security ! Every now and then I find individuals hanging around the building after 1 PM at night. ! Aside from this the overall condition, size, and price is awesome!

I love these apartments that is perfectly located in a good area where I have nearby restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, gas stations and much more. The apartments are very stylish and very spacious. Awesome gym and pool. The staff is attentive and friendly. The maintenance is good. Personally, me and my family are very happy and in love with our apartment.

Loving the apartment and all the amenities! Pools located close for everyone! Washer and dryer in the unit! Nice workout facility! But the staff has been the cherry on top!! I was trying to find an apartment for my son while living in Washington DC and not being able to actually go visit the locations I was looking into. I was lucky to get a very sweet and helpful person to assist me in everything I needed to get done! She had her job cut out for her, because our situation was a bit difficult. I can't say enough about how helpfull. If you are looking for a nice place to live, in a good location, with a great staff, this is your place!!

To whom it may concern: I have been a resident of Crystal Riviyera for just over a year and must convey what a joy residing here is. It is beautiful, peaceful, and has an outstanding staff, especially the service department. I encourage anyone looking for a apartment, to seriously consider looking into living here, I don't think you will be disappointed. Close to everything!!

Would like the hallways to be much cleaner. Alot of traffic, I get it, but still for the rent amount, it needs to be kept clean no matter what. The staff is extremely professional and very welcoming, so welcoming, Property Manager is a sweet heart!! So caring. What a doll. I feel like family! If an issue arises I know it would be handled with care and with a sense of urgency. The waterview bordering the community is beautiful and serene, whether you're walking along the path or taking it while sitting along the edge, it's a great place to unwind after a hectic day. The amenities like the fitness center and the club room are fantastic. The pool area reminds me of a resort!! The water temperature is always perfect and the area is clean and spacious. Oh yeah, the bbq grills are a great too.. I am happy to call Crystal Riviyera my home.

Decent place to live, nice closet space, neighbors are ok. Close to 95 and turnpike as well as the beach. Was not happy with rent increase, my rent is high to begin with, apartments are overpriced I think. The Property Manager convince me to stay. So easy to talk too. What a lovely lady. Really caring individual. The office staff is great and whenever I make a serious request is completed immediately. The complex is ALWAYS clean . Very friendly neighbors couldnt of asked for more.

I relocated from Washington DC. The office has the most accommodating staff. When I first moved in, somethings weren't finished in the apartment but they were more than willing, apologetic, and urgent about getting everything fixed before I stepped foot into the apartment officially. They went above and beyond to make me happy. The pool is beautiful, and the apartment I live in is gorgeous. The view of the lake is breath taking.

Brand new building with dirty carpets. No security cameras. Tow trucks come through at least three times per night looking for cars to swipe. There is never anyone to help with issues. about five people in the office every day that joke and hang around, but when you have an issue. No one helps. Edwin at the front desks gives wrong information all the time. Also, they rip u off on water. One month and my water is $70, say away from here

The leasing office lady told us since this is a brand new building and because they used concrete between each floor you wouldnt be able to hear neighbors above you......Well currently its 1 am i'm listening to my upstairs neighbor Big Foot walk around with cinderblock shoes on. The side walls are paper thin too, I even hear my neighbor snoring. Don't move hear unless you can afford the top floor which cost $400 more a month.
