Due to relocating from another state, I virtually completed my move-in process and I could not be happier with my apartment! It was clean and even more beautiful than the pictures I seen online. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions when asked. 10/10 community!

Love my apartment and my neighbors. I have the cutest apartment and my favorite part is the massive walk in cloesets. I also have sweet neighbors that all keep an eye out for eachother and help eachother out. The maintenance staff is friendly and they are always picking up the community and making sure there is no trash. The office ladies have always been very helpful and understanding. Last but not least the pools are all fabulous and so pretty.

I have the cutest apartment. They have really nice white cabinets and quartz counter tops which are so easy to clean. I have a really nice neighbor that helps me when I am out of town with packages and keeping a eye out and I love the beautiful pools.

The staff is very helpful and friendly and neighbors are very friendly it’s very quiet it’s close to shopping centers and they willing to work with you to accommodate in your needs I really like living there awesome place.

I've lived here for about 4 years. Very pretty and peaceful community. I've never had any issues with tenants. We live on the first floor and one of the things I love is that I can't hear anything from my upstairs neighboor. The installation is very good quality. The office staff is great. Maintenence is awesome and extremely efficient! I would definitely recommend.

They have great staff management and even the maintenance people are extremely helpful friendly and try to get things done as soon as possible. Their prices are reasonable and they try to keep up with the property. It’s also near a lot of great things and great price for the area. Definitely a great place to live And I love that they don’t have dog restrictions which is rare!

We love it here! Staff is beyond nice and helpful. Moving into the complex they worked with our situation and helped us make this place our home! The complex is always clean and kept up with.

So quiet been there almost 3 years never had an issue. Maintenance is quick, managers are nice, 10/10

I love it here! The maintenance staff are very friendly and assist quickly and the office staff is very friendly and helpful for the most part.Prices for what you get is great especially for the area. This is located in a nice quiet area not much around but it is slowly building up. Theres parks, restaurants and shopping centers all nearby!

I have lived here for 3 years and i cannot complain. The staff is friendly and the property is always clean. Maintenance requests get handled ASAP. I recommend this community to everyone!

The apartment is very nice and affordable. Close to everything. The office staff and maintenance are very responsive. The office staff really care about the tenants. The pools are nice and maintained. Overall great place to live.

I have signed my second lease and at move in I had no trouble. Although other tenants can be a bit much for the most part it's quiet. If there's an issue I can always address it eith the office and they take care of it in a timely manner.

I have lived here just over 6 months now and really enjoy living here. The location is great. Close to the freeway and shopping centers. They have an arcade that I take my son to that he loves. The pool is kept very nice and clean. The office staff and maintenance workers are all friendly and helpful. Ms. Debra M

I have lived at these apartments for almost 2 years now, I love my apartment. I have a downstairs and it is really big. I have a dog and they have a dog park for him to play and and area to wash him that is really useful. I enjoy the staff. All of the maintenance are helpful and the office staff is very friendly.

It’s the miscommunication when dealing with the staff, the broken ac until unpin moving in (in the middle of summer,) the false advertisement of the dog park for me. If you want a decent place with the lowest rates on this side of town with nice counter tops and space then go for it. If you’re expecting a amazing quality complex maybe think twice.

Just moved in this month and was very satisfied with the help from the staff and loved the location! Less than a mile away from the freeway and super close to restaurants! Great place!

The apartments are really nice and big. They have a lot of upgrades. Maintenance responses fast and the office girls are always so helpful. I enjoy living here and highly recommend it to others

The staff and property manager have been really helpful for my family and I. We are new to the area and Love the feed back on food and schools for our kids.

I’ve been here since last year at Crystal Springs the staff is professional I’m very curious the grounds are clean nice gym swimming pool Jacuzzi and all the Staff has been friendly and courteous highly Recommend you check it out very happy I Chosed Springs

I just move in the begining of January. The property is very nice. The pool is so beautiful I can not wait to take my kids over summer. The girls in the office were great. They helped me the whole way as I was moving from out of state. They are constantly doing improvement and making it better for us here.

The girls in the office are wonderful. They always help and take care of me and help with my needs. The maintenance team is very kind and responsive and this is why I LOVE my home. I always like when Anita helps me. Jasmin has been here the longest and is very sweet.

Do not move here! They will not give you accurate information about renewing your lease/sending your notice in order to get you stuck paying for extra weeks completely screwing people over. Please save yourself the money and trouble with this shady management and find somewhere else to live.

I wish I could send videos and pictures of all the terrible things up in here. Let me start from our roof, I have reported the issue over 6 month ago and no action has been made yet. It’s hard to get a parking since we have two cars and I’m not willing to pay $80 on top of our rental. Hostile and somewhat unprofessional people in the office. Maintenance takes a week or more so before they come. So I guess they will just start fixing our roof when our lease contract is up!

Me and my husband love the exterior of this apartment complex, surely it is lovely outside and that’s why I chose this but unfortunately days, months passed by.. I noticed all the unpleasant situation. We woke up with our feet and bed so wet!! Since it’s raining there’s a horrible leakage from our roof!!!!! Not just one part but the whole area is leaking!! The bath tub has permanent stain when we moved in. The lock of walking closet’s mirror door is not properly attached, didn’t noticed until I’ve got cut myself because the metal piece is hanging, my niece was about to get into accident because the mirror door of the closet fell off!!!! I called the office for fix and they responded right away but still they didn’t fix the mirror door lock ???????! The smell outside is getting unacceptable because of the pets poop! These pet owner needs to learn how to clean their own pet’s mess! The light outside is out been keep telling them to replace it for us tenants but it’s been 3 days no response from them so I just replaced the bulb myself. $3 won’t hurt me than having accident due to darkness of the area. Their window blinds are just falling off without us touching it! I believe recent renter just fixed it on their own instead of changing it to a new one and now we’ve got to suffer and spend some bucks for the damage we didn’t cause. Their appliances need for replacement because when we moved in and started to use them I just figured out how old they are! Carpets are not properly cleaned when we moved in. I asked if I could change our floor to a wood style but they didn’t allow me because of some rules etc. Over all if I will rate this apartment i would give them 5 out of 10. Their outstanding customer service is awesome but not the apartment utilities and amenities. I just can’t wait to finish our contract and move into a newly built apartment complex.

Location: Staying here is great if you don’t travel to Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler just because the construction on the I10 getting there was brutal. Other than the time it takes it’s close to EMCC, the new Harkins with the recliner seats, In N Out, and the park which is walking distance and you can bike ride, rollerblade, and play tennis and basketball at the park or feed ducks... Staff: Going in person is better than trying to reach someone over the phone. If you work weird hours try to do same day prime on amazon so you get your package before the office closes. Mail: I never lost any of my packages, nor was anything broken or pre-opened when I went to pick them up! Safest in my opinion if you do not have a P. O Box. Maintenance: Takes a while to get a response and get them to come take a look. Most of the time I had to fix the problem myself. They cut grass at normal hours, but if you like to sleep in don’t count on it. Neighbors: I’ve moved to Tempe now and I’m not sure if it’s just because there is more college kids around, but living at Crystal Springs apartments I had a lot of complaints from neighbors. So if you move here think about the area, my guess is a lot of people who move here are families with kids or they work really early or long shifts...... O.o idk just be mindful... Electric: if you do SRP and use the M-Card use your gps to find the closest spot if you get electricity at random hours of the night! Frys is not your friend in this area :) Kitchen: at least in my apartment when I was here the kitchen tile floors were lifting up, there was a hole underneath the cabinet, the stove top was impossible to keep clean and the dishwasher constantly foamed after every wash and soap drained from the tile to the carpet. The sink is super small to clean pots. So when doing your inspections be thorough! Also clean the ice tray (bucket) and do not eat the ice it taste super salty I’m not sure why. Buy a filter for the sink. Gym: no complaints just wipe the equipment when you are done Pool: nice and clean (jacuzzi is relaxing, not too hot) Vibe: very homey, first apartment feels were successful!

The most difficult property management company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Experienced a myriad of issues, such as: *Damage to kitchen floor which was reported at move-in and never fixed in over 12 months *Attempt to refuse rent payment quoting a policy that went against the signed rental agreement so they could charge late payment fees *Rent drop box was sealed without prior notice, so that we could no longer pay via check - required us to pay online with additional service fees *Security gates regularly malfunctioned and were often kept open. On one occasion, management changed the code without sufficiently notifying residents; when I finally got my new gate code it did not work and I was prevented access to my home. *While exiting my apartment one day, a concrete stair on the staircase broke under my foot and I nearly fell down the entire flight of stairs. This common area presented a major safety concern in accessing my home and was not fixed for weeks. The apartment staff is rude and clearly not willing to help. They make promises to follow up and then ignore you. Now that I have moved out they are attempting to charge me hundreds of dollars because my furniture left impressions in the carpet - to be expected when a couch sits in a single location for over a year. Have attempted multiple times to reach the property manager to discuss and continue to get the runaround from the staff. I wish I had never moved in, and would never recommend any property managed by Avenue 5.

The first issues was during the summer our AC went out and there was no quick response. Second they were trying to charge me a late fee and NSF fee when rent was paid in full and on time because they made a mistake while processing checks. On a different occasion, I received no notice that a board would be covering the drop box. They told us that they did multiple things in order to warn us but other residence and myself never received any notice. Not only were residents punished with late fees, the assistant manager was extremely rude to me and the others saying "how can I pay my rent on time but you cant". She also tried charging me a pet fee for a dog that was already approved to be there as a service dog, this happened twice. There was a light in my laundry room that was full of water, told it would be fixed and I would no longer need to be involved. A month later water was coming through again, they never fixed it even though that is a fire hazard. My apartment got INFESTED with ticks, they said they would come on a certain day to bomb and never did. There bug guy came the next day to bomb, if you are unfamiliar with the process you need to be out of the premises for hours until the air clears. I was pregnant at the time and was unable to leave the apartment. We scheduled another day that happened to be the day that I went into labor. My boyfriend went up to the office and asked them not to bomb, seeing as there would be a newborn in the apartment. They told him that "they weren't sure if they could do that because rescheduling it has been an on going problem". A day later, a notice on our door saying we were not aloud to deny entry giving no reason for coming. That day the same man came to the door and said that he was told to bomb, with no notice that we would need to be out and with a newborn. Luckily he offered to only spray where I wanted that would be safe and dry quickly. During the last few months maintenance entered my apartment without our knowledge or permission. The last summer I was there my AC stopped working as well as my water heater (both emergency cases) that took a week of nonstop calling to get them fixed. Even after "fixed" our apartment would reach 89 degrees when set to 75. We were paying over $10 a day in electricity and had to buy a window AC unit to make our apartment livable. These are only a few of the major problems that have gone wrong not including the outlets that never worked and much more.

i love living here they are really quiet I feel really safe here management is really good when you have a problem .. I would recommend people to live here they will love it too

Despite bad reviews around the internet regarding this complex, my girlfriend and I have been thoroughly impressed with the service of the office staff, the quality of the apartment itself and the lifestyle it's allowed us to live. The gym is a welcomed addition even though there are minor quality control issues with some of the equipment. All in all we are very happy we picked his complex over all others in the area.

that is the big thing they never call when thay are coming and you have no clue they are coming because they never came when you were due to get done!!!!
