Property Ratings at Crystal Springs
Run, do not move here! It was horrible!! First off, they don’t clean the apartment well enough when you first move in. I found a used cigarette when I first moved in, and there were dead spiders in the lights. The apartments have mold and mildew that they just spray paint over, and the staff is overall horrible. Also, the pool keeps getting closed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Joi. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your living experience. We take your concerns seriously and will address them with our team.
Mold and water leaks in windows. No insulation and doors are poor. They never fix the mildew and mold either just spray paint over it. They are also shady and will rip you off. They will make you owe them when you move out no matter what.
I’ve been here for about 2 months now and I can confidently say choosing to live at Crystal Springs Apartments is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Casino Road had a reputation, but times have changed. Here are four reasons you should choose Crystal Springs: 1) SECURITY: This is a gated community from 6pm - 6am and you need a code to get in. They also have patrol cars that survey the property investigating any suspicious activity. You can also call a number if you see anything or if you’d like to be escorted from your car to your apartment door! 2) AFFORDABILITY: Crystal Springs is one of the most affordable apartments that offer more square footage for the price! There is also a bus stop right in front of the complex. With a car, it’s so convenient being 5 minutes from Fred Meyer, 10 minutes from the Freeway, 15 minutes from the Everett Mall, and only 30 minutes from Seattle! 3) QUALITY: In my apartment it’s comfortable, bright, open, and clean. Crystal Springs cares about appearance so, the landscape is manicured regularly. They are even re-painting the complex with a more appealing blue accent color. 4)THE LEASING and MAINTANANCE STAFF. This team is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Michael and Jamie really care about you and do their best to be accommodating and make you feel welcome. They are highly intelligent, sharp, and efficient. This isn’t just a one day attitude. Every day they are consistent about doing their very best in a pleasant and professional manner. This attitude makes it easy for residents to communicate, resolve issues, and get information. Sven and Chuck, the maintenance guys, are on top of it, too! Quick and quality repairs are so important and these guys make an effort to fix things asap. If you like to socialize, the Crystal Springs community offers events so you can mingle or just chill in the cabana or pool. CONS: My biggest con is that there is only ONE central garbage dumpster. So, if you are ready to throw away your garbage, you have to basically drive it in your car over to the main dumpster. Also, there is no separate dumpster for recycling or food waste. My second con is that the washer and dryer are not inside the apartments. On the bright side, you save on electricity and get more space in your apartment. Anywhere you go, there are pros and cons, but you can be sure the Crystal Springs staff is doing their best to minimize the risks and maximize the good to provide a great living environment and experience.

Thank you for your rave review. It's really about taking pride in the community and having great residents like you to let the whole team, management and maintenance included know that we are doing things right. We wish you a continued positive living environment for many years to come. Michael L.-Crystal Springs Team
The leasing agents and property manager are very kind and willing to work with you if you have complications. Michael, one of the agents, is an absolute sweetheart. Despite being on Casino Rd (which I think has a worse rep than it deserves) it is an amazing apartment complex. The gym is great for an apartment gym, nice pool, basketball court. All amneties are kept clean and tidy. Very safe and friendly atmosphere, quiet, and reasonably priced. Will likely be renewing my lease here. Keep up the great work!!

Thank you so much for your review. We appreciate your recognition of our staff and property curb appeal. We wish you a happy lease term and renewal as well. Have a great day!
I've been living at Crystal Springs for the past two years and have been satisfied with the management and maintenance staff. There have been several maintenance requests that have been taken care of on the same day that I put in the request. The apartment staff is always courteous and helpful. The lights, security cameras and gate make it a very safe community and I have not had any problems with crime while I have lived here. I was not expecting rent increases to occur every year but I suppose that is a common practice. Overall, very satisfied with Crystal Springs and definitely recommend checking it out.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the attention our maintenance team receives for a job well done and that you are pleased with management and overall community here at Crystal Springs. We thank you for your 2 year residency with us and hope for many more. Michael Lopez Leasing Director
From move in to live in the service is courteous, prompt, friendly and professional. Crystal Springs is interested in building community and they organize events to donate food and goods to the larger community. When I move in the apartment was clean and everything was working. If I had had a white glove it would have had the white glove test. I am happy living here and I have not had any disturbances, loud noise or theft. I feel safe and love my place. Thanks!
Been here since 2014 and am happy with the team and service. I had an issue with my breakers and the guys came out and found the problem and fixed it right away. No waiting for days or months to get things fixed like at previous places I have lived at. I came out to an event with an assortment of pies for Resident Day and enjoyed myself. I'm planning to come to the Holiday party too. It's a nice community environment.
The staff is so courteous, knowledgeable and nice, anything I need fixed is done right away. I feel very safe and secure living here. The gates are a huge security point as well as the camera's and lights at night. The neighbors are friendly and more like family. They have events about every month and they are fun for all ages. The apartments are up to date and I could not one thing wrong when I moved in.
Crystal springs team has always been amazing. Every time we need anything, everybody is always there. Every year the annual pool party and Halloween parties are so much fun. Everyone is so friendly and cares about all of their residents.
I have lived here six years. The staff is amazing and professional. Ever issue I've had days been seen to within a few days. I've felt safe here too!
I lived here several years and I really like it. MAnagement is always on top of Noise complaints and service requests. I feel safe.
Crystal springs is really anything but. Garbage dumpster is always full, pet owners never seem to clean up after their pets, I have found siringes on the grounds with needles still in them, and (although not my car) cars have been broken into. I found that my upstairs neighbor has elephants for grandchildren and many of the people have no respect for anyone else. I truly need to move.

I am really sorry that you experienced your stay at Crystal Springs. We are installing a new compactor area this year and have our compactor checked through out the evening to help with the compactor being overfilled. We have 24 hour maintenance and patrol to handle these issues in a timely manner. Thank you for your input
The apartment complex is old. The appliances are old and in the last three kyears the rent and kutilities have gon up 40%.

Out property was built in 1979 with the original owner. We are lucky to have an owner that likes to do Yearly major upgrades to the property. The Real Estate market is what drives the increases due to high demand. All the utility prices come from PUD, City of Everett and Rubatinos. Unfortunately we have to pass their charges on.
