I wouldn’t suggest to stay here at least the North side of building as long as the construction in next door ends. You will get to experience sleepless nights.

Cue Galatyn is an okay place to live at. The parking for the resident as well as guests is way too complicated— seems like they are just trying to make more money out of the parking situation — the pool is great, the quality of the apartment is average.

The location is great and the units are nice. However, management is usually unavailable, amenities are sometimes available, garage gate is always broken, your vehicle might get damaged or broken into. Living here is not worth the rent rate being charged.

I love Cue Galatyn. From the beginning the management staff and maintenance have been amazing. Living in an apartment with your spouse and a younger child can be a bit tricky but this place has been perfect for us!

The Cue apartment was a nice stay at first and now it all went terrible. The doors aren’t locked and the code box doesn’t work anymore and most times the fobs to get inside don’t work and for the garage also. The place is always dirty now and they just let the place go to a fail in all sadly. We pay a high amount of money to get the luxury and it’s not anymore. It’s always stinks and bugs all over in the 2nd building. It’s not safe anymore because anyone can get in. So think before moving here.
The building is always clean and beautiful! Staff is very helpful and nice.
Unfortunately, this property has been in a severe decline over the past 6 months. There was a management change in the middle of my second year living here, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. Our package lockers have been vandalized, my packages opened and stolen more than once. I found this out after calling the office myself, and I was THEN informed that a resident brought in my empty package box with no contents inside. There’s trash EVERYWHERE, and you’re lucky to get a response from management about anything from packages, to lease reversal, to facility cleanup. People smoke in the stairwell, though it’s supposed to be a non-smoking property. It took 3 months for them to update my lease and then my key fob expired at 10PM at night after my lease wasn’t update, with no after-hours number to reach anyone. Steven is the nicest and most helpful person in the office, but it doesn’t make up for the quality of living. Cue Galatyn used to be a beautiful property, as I moved in when it was brand new, but the new owners don’t seem to care, even with rent prices increasing $300-1000 since they took over. As another resident mentioned, the police are here at least 3-4x a month. Our gate is sometimes left open for weeks, leaving anyone to enter the garage. I absolutely would not recommend anyone live here, and I will not be renewing my lease once it’s up.

PLEASE take the time to read this review before signing a lease it will save you so much time and drama. I have lived at this property for two years and I have rapidly watched the property decline. There was a new management that took over the property in the middle of my lease and things have gone down hill ever since. There is constant trash left in the garage, the amenities aren't available and they still charge you for it, I have had a package stolen for the package room (nothing was done), I can hear my neighbors domestic battles every morning, and the maintenance team left my door unlocked after completing a request for a full day while I wasn't here. The name might have luxury in it but this place is far from it. The recent issue is that someone has vandalized the Luxor One lockers for packages. If you are looking for an apartment that is constantly having issues, thin walls were you can hear your neighbors conversations, and the police are constantly here this is your place. I will continue to update through the duration of my lease as I am counting down the days until I move out of here.

We know that cleanliness is very important to all residents and team members, so we've recently added a new maintenance team member to help keep Cue looking pristine. The amenities were closed for a short time, only due to repairs that were necessary in order to keep the fitness center open. As you know per our community email, all amenities are back open. We understand the frustration of dealing with carriers and where they leave packages or losing a package, so starting at the end of this month we will be offering a new service to residents, so residents have better control over receiving their packages on their time. I honestly have yet to be disappointed, the attention to detail, customer service and quickness has been amazing.
I have lived in apartments for 18 years. This is by far the worst experience. Everything from management, quality of building, communication, neighbor interaction. This is supposed to be considered luxury living. Being the first residents in our apartment, I wish someone could have warned me. So I'll try to warn others.
I have lived at the Cue for about a year now. I have seen the ups and downs of the property. However, the property is declining. I have renewed my lease for another year but dont plan on renewing again.
Very nice and convenient apartment community. I just moved from a 5 bedroom home that I owned for 25 years! Its been a huge adjustment for us. The Cue is very accommodating and the apartments are so pleasant to come home to.
Stay away because I am having issues with late fees that the property caused The second building does not have parking after 9 pm… like seriously I live here

I am having the worst experience with Cue… I have late fees because I transferred units and they kept my deposit and said they were going to mail me a check.. after two months of no one reaching out I have a $700 dollar balance… when I call no one ever picks up…when I ask why I had a balance they said they would call back and never did. What happened was the deposit went towards my transfer unit when they told me I was going to get a check and I have proof… second they took money from my deposit and now saying I owe and that’s why I have that balance it gets worse because I get a late fee each time it’s not paid.. this is not my fault like seriously… please stay away it’s not worth the money you are paying
This apartment has good amenities?? but that excitement doesn’t long last. Management is very strict on closing them very early even though they tell u they are open till 12 pm before you sign the lease.If you dream of having a good weekend night in the swimming pool area or play pool, you have to do that by 10 pm.only gym is opened 24 hours because management for sure knows no one uses it. Most of the other apartments in the area has equal amenities and open until late hours (at least the pool table). I would not recommend these apartments if you plan to use amenities on weekend night. Wish management is more flexible.

Thank you for choosing Cue Galatyn Station as your home. We greatly apologize that you were not made aware of the opening hours of our amenities when you leased; we would like to share why the hours of operation are not later. The primary reason people choose Cue Galatyn Station is because it is a professional and quieter environment compared to some of the other communities you point out. Yes, our amenities are superb but what’s even more desirable is the community is quieter than others. We have been able to achieve this for the most part by closing public areas at a reasonable hour. I know this explanation doesn’t change anything but we at least wanted to publicly explain the reasoning. Apartments are new and amenities are good. But the worst part is if u want to use the amenities they close early even during weekends. You just end up not using the amenities after 10 pm on weekends and weekdays. Not sure if management is going to change that, I recently moved here and lot of other apartments close by have amenities 24 hours or Atleast till midnight.

All staff have been very professional and quick to reply and address all our needs. The facility is well maintained, clean and done with excellence.

The staff/management (Sandra and Lindsay) and maintenance are great. They are prompt to answer questions and take care of anything you need. The grounds are well maintained, clean and a lot of extra amenities. Awesome place to live so far!

I have been living here for more than 6 months and waited to write a fair review. The leasing agents are lovely people. Gym and movie theater are pretty small (secret catch to the theater, wish I knew beforehand). The number one reason we picked this apartment over any other was the Pet Spa, just opened for use. Pet park has unnecessary long plants which one of my fur babies has cut themselves on. Don’t be alarmed if you see homeless people sleeping under the bridge, near the dart and in the building stairs due to one of the entrances not having a key lock. You do have to go downstairs to open the garage gate for visitors or meet delivery people... The windows and balcony door aren’t properly sealed so we hear the wind constantly. From day one, our shower drips/runs randomly and shower head loose. Weird for the building being new. Yes, I did put in a maintenance request and they said it was normal so nothing was done... we sleep with the restroom door closed in order to lessen the sound and the creaking from the upstairs neighbor. The rooftop pool is great, hopefully we are able to use it this summer. Cute little conference room, computer room, bar/grill areas, spot to play jenga, Luxor boxes, lounge area is big - great for big gatherings after COVID, covered parking and reserved spots for an extra price. Last but not least we received an email from the apt saying they wanted our balcony cleared by the end of the week because they wanted it nice and neat. I was hesitate on putting my bike on the bike rack because another person had just got their bike stolen off the rack. I complied and put my bike on the rack. Next thing I know my bike has been sawed off the rack. I contacted the leasing office multiple times and never got back to me. Once they did they said that the cameras that are facing directly at the bike rack did not catch anything. So I’m down $500+... will not renew my lease.

We are sad to see that you plan to not renew your lease with us. We work hard to provide the best living experience possible for all of our residents and we hate to see that hasn’t been the case for you. We are not aware of any pets being harmed by plants in our dog park. We love all of our furry residents. Please come by our office so you can show us what plants you are referring to and we can discuss what can be done to fix that issue. You are right, our garage entrance does not require a key fob but the doors leading into the hallways do. Please let us know if you see any suspicious people in our garage entrance and we will address it immediately. If you are still experiencing any issues within your apartment home, please let us know! We hate that the issues were not fixed the first time but we would be more than happy to take a look again. You can easily submit a work order online or call our office and we will address the issues you describe in a timely manner. We really hate to hear about your bike and that we couldn’t provide video surveillance that would have helped. We hope that you filed a police report with Richardson Police Department and that they are taking steps to recover your bike. Fond this property on Apartments.com after relocating to the Texas area. The apartment amenities are absolutely amazing and the units themselves are beautiful. From the farm style kitchen sinks, stainless steel appliances, and separate soaking tub in the master bath, you will be pleased! Enjoy a dip in the Vegas-style pool after work, workout in the state of the art gym, or just get motivated and grab a glass of coffee from the unbelievable coffee bar! I will say that we did have some 'systematic issues" with getting things processed to become a resident, but our amazing leasing agent Andre ensured we were taken care of! The dynamic leasing team Carlos, Alisha, and the others are fabulous as well. If you are looking for a couture property that will welcome your fur babies, look no further than Cue!

The BEST THE BEST THE BEST!!!!! I’m new to the Dallas area and I just recently moved here not even a month ago I’m very pleased with the upkeep of the apartments very clean and classy real quiet the staff here is AMAZING!!! They really care Andre and Carlos are heaven sent they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my expectations was everything I wanted and it was well worth it I would recommend them to anybody thanks so much for making my first experience the best of the best!!! ??????
