I have been trying to reach this management company to schedule a tour and I haven’t gotten any kind of response. I have sent multiple emails, multiple voice messages (they don’t answer phones) and multiple tour requests through different websites that they adverts at. It says a lot about what kind of problems I would have deal with, if I ended up in one of their properties.

We just moved here and it’s been great so far. I don’t know how the prior management and maintenance handled the property before but we haven’t had any issues with them what so ever. Elena and Sergio have been very professional and helpful. The communication is good and they’re quick to reply to any issues that we come across. I would say the only issue we have are with some of the neighbors and how they don’t follow the rules of the community. With that said, I don’t think that’s any fault of the management. They’ve tried handling the issue on multiple occasions but there’s only so much they can do with tenants to refuse to obey. Also the fact that they just recently took over the property, I’m looking forward to see some nice improvements.

Literally the worst rental experience I ever had. Infestations, appliances constantly breaking, heaters that don’t work during winter, no AC as promised, paying for water even if it says it’s included and billing problems (being charged even after ending the lease) and absent management that takes months to reply and tackle any service requests (like a clogged toilet for more than a month!). Spare yourself the nightmare and just look somewhere else - not worth it.

Hard to find townhome style apartments with this amount of space on the westside. The units are large and come with brand new finishes. Parking is included. It's like having a condo. As for the location it's kind of in the perfect spot to where you can easily get to everything in Culver City and have a really quick commute to the beach.
i live in a house for a few years, but sadly I had to move. I found this apt and it felt like home. It's safe and all the neighbors are very friendly.
