Cumberland is a charming city in northeast Rhode Island. The city’s historical significance runs deep and is remembered today through the Monastery, a historical home for monks in the 19th century. This unique property resides on about 481 acres and now houses the Cumberland Public Library. Recreational trails were developed by the monks at the Monastery, known as the Nine Men’s Misery. Parks, ponds, and reservoirs are plentiful in the area, and more nature trails are available to the public, such as Diamond Hill Park Trail. Local pizza restaurants are abundant in the community, as well as a good variety of other cuisines like Angelo’s Palace Pizza and Davenport’s on Mendon Road. maintance was very quick and fixed everything, apartment was nice and clean when we arrived. lauren was very nice during our move in and gave us lots of helpful resources
After 6 months as a tenant, very happy with apartment, location, services and amenities. Have had very few maintenance needs and they are attended to quickly and fully, office staff are helpful and friendly and really enjoy living here. Friendly neighbors as well.
We residents of Cumberland crossing from past six years, having a great time here. The spacious outdoor, good service, friendly neighbourhood has made our stay beautiful.
The leasing office is incredibly helpful when starting out here. They are always available and responsive, and they give detailed answers to any questions you may have.
It feels more like home. I have no complaints. The rent is stable, and the neighborhood is safe. Definitely taking a bit to get used to the chilly New England weather but we'll get there. Love to call this home.
Nice and clean, surprisingly quite, everyone is friendly and the staff and maintenance personnel are awesome. The grounds are always immaculate
I like turtles! I enjoy going for walks around the complex. Looking at cool cars around here... 1 has an old buMustang! I really appreciate the lovely trees and patches of woods. It really adds to the beauty as well as theshade here in the complex.
Very nice place to live just expensive. It is pet friendly. Has a nice pool. Washer/dryer in each unit. Generally quiet. Some units need some updating.

I would never recommend living here. The price and quality do not match up and the amount of times the management has changed in our short time here is ridiculous.
We recently moved in. The apartment is beautiful and clean. Lauren has been wonderful and made us feel confident with our decision. We look forward to our continued residency.

We are leaving here for quite a sometime now, love the neighborhood, amenities and spacious parking lot. Maintenance is pretty good. But these days what I notice is dog poop left here are there necessary actions must be taken.
Lovely neighborhood and spacious apartment. I have enjoyed decorating my family's new home. I love the kitchen set up. The high ceiling make the apartment seem bigger than it is.
Easy and fast move in process/inspection. Apartment is fully renovated and the little problems that were there got taken care of immediately.

Very good place . Strong community. Minor issues on maintenance will most probably be fixed on the same day. Clean. They have started new initiatives like movie night which is very appreciated.
Everyone has been really nice and helpful when moving to my new apartment. From the office managers to the Maintenace crew, each person has been friendly as well as personable.

Found a beautiful apartment with high ceilings, a patio with private view, central air, washer and dryer in unit in excellent like new condition. With a gas fireplace and nice closet space. Grounds are kept immaculate. Very peaceful place to live. Looking forward to trying out the pool and fitness center. Onsite staff has been very responsive and helpful.
Residents are very friendly always say hello and ask how your day is going. Seeing the kids and families playing on swing set is nice to see.
Very quiet apartment community. Everything is good so far. Only thing I am bummed about is no cameras on the lots and cars being broken into .

The move in experience was challenging. Once moved in, the apt was dirty and the shower drains require me to unclog them. There was a pungent odor, most notably urine. Not off to a great start.
Apartments are really nice, but the floor is really loud. If a neighbor is walking in the apartment above, you can hear it. Pool area and playground are really good for families.
It’s a good community for stay especially if you are a family with kids. Good environment for the kids. Amenities are clean. Cool place for morning jogger’s.
Cumberland crossing is a beautiful neighbourhood, very spacious parking space and well maintained apartment's. Service Maintenance is not that great these day’s.

This is a great apartment complex, family and kid friendly, the neighbors are really nice. It’s pretty quiet and peaceful here. Maintenance works well, we never had a problem. My only reason for not giving five stars is the rent a bit too high and not enough closet space.
Great location, buildings & landscaping are clean and well maintained, maintenance is quick and efficient. We love living here! Lauren from the leasing office was fantastic making our move in process quick and efficient on a time crunch.

The current maintenance team is wonderful. They are helpful and prompt in taking care of whatever requests you put through. Recently they installed a new dishwasher, fridge, and stove in my unit.

I’ve been here for about a week and I genuinely have no complaints so far what so ever, the other people here are also very nice people. And the place was nice and clean before I moved in. It’s a very welcoming apartment complex.
This place is expensive and rent increase is too much. I wouldn't call it luxury. Have had an issue or 2 but that is expected when living in an apartment. Overall not a bad place.
Good infrastructure and large space for parking and also well maintained park, swimming pool and gym. Neighbourhood is good. Maintenance can get better.
It's clean and gorgeous place to live in. Neighbours are silent, there is no disturbance living next to anyone. Patio is beautifully placed to have private space. Carpets are well laid out to tackle the cold.
When we first moved in back in November 2022, we loved everything about being here including the people in the office being extremely nice. Since our first week, we have had a serious problem with the people above us making extreme noise every single day. It is now February 2024 and we have followed the process with the office sending multiple letters and we were told it was going to legal and we have not heard back in two months. I have called and nobody picks up. I have emailed multiple times with no response. Everything else here is fantastic including the maintenance crew. If you’re having problems with the neighbor forget it because you’re not going to be getting any help. With the amount you pay for rent here it’s absolutely absurd to deal with this. I have to try and figure out an alternative avenue to this issue because the management company is not doing a single thing and I have sent them evidence of the issue and played it for them in the office.
