The amenities are well kept, and the staff is very helpful. The free community events are a nice bonus. Maintenance is prompt is servicing any requests.

I have lived here for going on 4yrs I think. I truely enjoy my apt. It's in a great location, they are great with maintenance requests which are few and far between, the grounds are also impeccably kept, even after a big strom it's not long before the debris is cleared. Unless I move into a house of my own or leave Florida altogether I plan to stay here.

Everything is great except for one issue. The parking issue gets very upsetting when you come home late from work even at 9 o’clock. It’s hard to find a parking spot even by your building. I’ve had to wait till I can find one. I’ve had to wait till one came open over an hour And it sucks when you know some of your neighbors have five people living there adults and there’s five cars I wish they would assign parking spots two cars per household, like a lot of other apartment complexes. Otherwise the staff is amazing. Maintenance is amazing. They’re always on top of it.

Most things are great but the gates and parking and roaches continue to be a problem. Nowhere to freaking park if you get off work after nine and tons of cars have no permits so don’t belong. People will kill you to get through the gate while they wait for someone to open it. Plus the location to open is terrible. It’s too high for a sedan and you get soaked by the sprinkler.

Buena comunidad , gracias por todo!!! Excelente complex , buena ubicación. Encantada de pertenecer a esta comunidad. Solo les recomiendo por favor no descuidar los building , incluir limpieza profunda más seguido en la semana, no solamente soplar las hojas, una buena limpieza con agua y jabón , para que no se vean sucio, ya que hay que tomar en cuenta que los building son viejos. My 5 years living here have been phenomenal, I enjoy all the common areas, swimming pools, gym, grills, my apartment is my temple, quiet and when I need to fix something I have the help of the maintenance staff! I love the location, easy access to highway and avenues.

This community gives us no issues most times. The amenities are cool and the staff are very friendly. Maintenance was communicative.its very quiet and the gym is very nice.

They offer you a 500.00 card when you move and then they don't send it to you. You go and ask the office and they tell you that they are going to send it to you and you don't receive it. Otherwise, it is a beautiful community and the apartments are very nice inside and On the outside and they are spacious, the office staff is very friendly. I recommend them 100%, except that if you have the 500.00 for the card they offer you, it is better not to do it because they do not send it to you.

So far, as it being my first month, living here in a 2 bed and 2 bath basis has been phenomenal. Neighborhood has been quiet, pool time hours aren’t too packed, gym life is great, and the people upfront are amazing.

Nice amenities and friendly staff. We really enjoy and appreciate the resident events that are planned by the staff. Occasionally there are loud parties at the pool and cabana area late at night.

I’ve only been here two days, and have already fell in love! The complex is clean, the apartments are clean and extremely nice. The staff wins it all though! Extremely friendly, thoughtful and they truly care. I plan on staying quite a while!
