Downtown Noblesville represents a hub of activity thanks to its combination of beautiful architecture, shops, and restaurants. Stretch your legs outside your apartment while glimpsing the city's glorious past with a stroll along Conner Street. More than 50 of these structures appear on the National Register of Historic Places. The massive old courthouse on Conner and 9th Street features French Renaissance architecture and serves as the heart of the historic district.
Matteo's Ristorante Italiano faces the courthouse and serves authentic Italian cuisine for lunch and dinner. Fresh pasta and a friendly atmosphere make this a go-to spot for dinner, and locals can't get enough of the wine paired with fried ravioli, chicken marsala, and clam linguine.
You might discover a hidden treasure from Italy at the Noblesville Antique Mall right next door to Matteo's. Peruse multiple floors of antique dolls, Coca-Cola memorabilia, and all kinds of Americana in this retail adventure.

Property Ratings at Cumberland Pointe Apartments
Most disorganized management I’ve ever dealt with. No one is on the same page at all. I was told one thing by two past office employees and upon move out was told something completely different and being surprise charged for something that a past employee had adjusted in their system. Don’t trust anything anyone who works there says because it won’t line up with the next employee. Their turnover rate is crazy as well, probably due to the disorganization. Both people who had told me one thing while I was living there and fixed my account in the system were gone by the time I moved out so they weren’t there for the other management to check with. I only lived there for 9 months.

I've lived in two different apartments in this complex since 2018 (moving from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom) and I'm a big fan of the large layouts (I've got large furniture that I have no issue fitting into this space). Parking is never too bad, even if you have guests coming over. The private entries into the apartments and screened-in patios are something that I am a big fan of as well. Repairs are always being done to keep the complex in good shape - like repaving roads and redoing the screens on patios when needed - which is something I also appreciate. The office and maintenance teams here are really great and personable. I've had maintenance come out for emergencies on weekends and they're always helpful. The property manager is super wonderful and has always been transparent and helpful with me when it comes to things like renewing my lease and where I'm at on getting some complicated maintenance done - and she recognizes the tenets which, to me, shows she cares. Even the support phoneline staff is friendly!

The maintenance crew takes forever to get any work done and when they do come they still don’t fix the issue. I’ve had a broken dryer since I moved in. Plumbing issues and the staff is HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time with this place.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our team works hard to provide residents with the best support possible and we apologize that this wasn’t your experience. We’d like to better understand what happened and how we can make things right, so please reach out to us at cumberland-fb@m.knck.io or 1 317-527-1377.
Lived here for two years and unfortunately I cannot recommend this complex. Go somewhere else if you want to rent in Noblesville. Lejla is the only competent staff member. Grass is always a jungle and parking is a mess.

I should’ve known from the start that this place was unprofessional and sleazy when they gave me and my roommate a *decent* rate for a 2 bed 1 bath, only to come back (their office was closing, was told to come back next day) THE NEXT MORNING to sign in it and they jacked up the rate another $150. Moving on, they’re very unclear with the moving out process and have terrible communication skills. I thought I like the staffing here but literally NO one wants to work with you on any type of issue.
We have lived here since august and have been very happy. The maintenance crew comes immediately if needed and are friendly, and its quiet. We never hear the neighbors, people mind their own business, and are clean. The club house and pool is a great bonus along with the dog park. Wish there was 2 garbage disposal areas but thats ok. The apartments are spacious with lots of room and the screened decks are nice to be able to leave your sliding door open for fresh air. The rent is reasonable with the amenities you get. Compared to other places in town that are nice but way over priced its definitely worth the money.
Until recently this place was awesome I have been here right around 2 years. But in the last couple months the place has lost all of it original appeal. They new management is rude. They act if you're bothering them if you have to pick up packages. I would move out today if I didn't have just under a year left living in this state and no one accepts leases for less than a year around here. I only hope the new owners recognize the errors that have been made and get back to what the place was before. They are losing lots of residents that I know and I can only guess the people who are complaining my in with these type of people running it
My family resided here from May 2014-May 2016. The last year has been less than favorable to say the least. Rachel, the manager we signed our contract under left approximately a year ago. When this complex was managed by her things were great! She was kind and caring. When she left that is when things began to go down hill for us. The parking became a problem. The trash compactor had continuous issues and seemed to never work correctly. Trash was always piling up and was unsightly. The dog waste containers were overflowing most times. We made management aware of the terrible dog waste all over the lawn where other tendants didn't pick up after their dogs. People were using small trash containers right outside the doors of the apartment that stunk. People left trash bags on the porch of the apartments. We advised them of the issues and it was always the same, they would handle it but it never was taken care of on a consistent basis. The final issue we had with this complex was our final bill. We were told not to worry about carpet issues. They stated that they pull up carpets when people vacate the homes and new carpet placed. We received a statement stating we owed nearly 700.00 for carpet replacement. When I called to speak with the current manager he stated that I must have been told something that untrue. He also said that this employee is no longer employed there and can't verify anything that was said. My husband and I are good people who take care of things. The way the current staff handles things is a little odd to me. Their personalities leave a lot to be desired. Good luck to Scott, the new manager. Hopefully he turns it all around! Word of advice, be cauious when exploring your options when looking for a place to call home.
They are fake and do not care about anything except your money. don't let their kindness fool you. The apartments have multiple issues and the staff does nothing to address complaints or problems. $1200 in out of pocket expenses over faulty power outlets.
Lived here for 3 years now & we love it. We have a 2 bedroom upstairs unit. The vaulted ceilings & space really make it feel like a home & not an apartment. The staff is always kind & friendly. Everyone really seems to care around here.
It's not the prettiest area to live in, but the way these apartments are set up, they make it feel nice and luxurious. Super convenient area, everything is close but not too close. Love it!
