overpriced , maintenance sucks , no real work is put into actually fixing issues They will only make it worse . Front office management is poor !!! A new face every-time you walk in . Rusted vents, old fridges !
TURN RIGHT BACK AROUND!!!! This place sucks I’ve lived here for 3 years. Everything in and out and about the apartment sucks. TOO OVERPRICED. The water in the kitchen constantly drips 24/7 the a/c breaks EVERY summer and all maintenance does is put a bandaid on it. The “quarterly “ checks is all bs. The carpet turns black for every little thing including if you spill water on it. So please don’t get your hopes up. MANAGEMENT SUCKS. If I could choose 0 stars I would.
A/C wasn’t working, rusted vents in each room- replaced. Been living inside my apartment with 90 degree weather with an old, outdated portable unit brought to me one week ago by maintenance. No one is trying to right these wrongs in a timely manner. Bryan seems to be customer-friendly and very helpful. Other members could care less if I am at risk for heat exhaustion and stroke. Leaks under sinks, toilet not working properly, sink basins do not hold water without slowly leaking out. The best part is I just made 1 month residency as of 6/23. Wellington Management, everyone working for this company has to do better and stop being concerned with filling spaces to make the complex LOOK GOOD!!!
The apartments are small and not updated. There are potholes everywhere and damages to the outside of the units from previous hurricanes that have yet to be repaired. There is constant trash scattered all over the complex and the pools are usually dirty. The office is full of unprofessional ride people, this place just sucks and isn't worth the money.
This apartment sucks. Put in for a work order for ac and the Maintenance man response was to turn the ac off then back on literally don’t know how to fix anything. If that’s not bad enough there was a big snake at my door it lunged at the pizza man that delivered my pizza!!! I instantly called maintenance and the only response I got was “I don’t have nothing to get it with try opening and closing the door”...THEY DIDNT EVEN TRY AND COME PUT ANYTHING OUT FOR IT!!!I am seriously over this apartment and the way they handle things are beyond stupid!!!!
No camera security but they have a sign claiming they do! Claim there are dog restrictions but some people have pitbulls. Office staff are unprofessional! No due process! Fine you without cause and will not provide documentation. Lived in the complex for 3 years and have been singled out for many things every other month. I see why people dont stay here long. Just terrible.

Great location, near hope mills area but not far from the busy city of Fayetteville. Excellent maintenance and staff.
