Property Ratings at Cumberland Trace Village Apartments
Just moved in a few weeks ago and love it here. What is even more important, my kids love it also. The apartment has a lot of room and I even have a place to put my dining table. Move in was easy and everyone has been very helpful.
My mother lived in Cumberland Trace for several years and just loved it. Everyone was always so nice to her and the staff seemed to genuinely care about her welfare. She would still be living there, but it was time to relocate her to a retirement facility. I really appreciate them looking out for my mom and just want to say THANK YOU. The apartment and complex always looked nice and was well kept. Jay in maintenance always went above and beyond. Mom made a lot of great friends there and it was difficult for her to move. The manager, Debra, was so supportive of her transition and even sent her a card to the nursing home saying to keep in touch. How thoughtful! I would recommend Cumberland Trace to everyone!
We relocted and my husband took a tour through the model unit and liked it very much, he was told that the apartment would be cleaned freshly painted new carpet, so he signed a six month lease, we got to our apartment it was filthy dirty not painted dust cob webs on every wall. nasty smelly carpet that was all bubbled up that you trip on! VERY DISAPPOINTING! I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this apartment complex!
I applied and paid the fees for the application. I NEVER heard back from them. I called many, many times and every time I was told they would take a message and have someone call me. After waiting a month and still no answer, I ended up having to find another place to rent. I applied at my new location and was approved, lease signed within two days. That's amazing customer service!! Before applying for these apartments, make sure you have several months to wait to get a callback. If that is how they treat a new applicant, it makes you wonder how they treat the actual tenants.
I have been shopping around for awhile and was patiently waiting on Cumberland trace apartments but I called several times and could never get anyone to answer the phone. I stopped by multiple times during the week and no one was there. When I finally got someone to respond named Debra, she was very rude. She insulted me for asking what the average electric bill runs in their apartments. She acted like that was just nuts for me to ask such a question. She acted as if I was taking up her time and that she had better things to do. I would not do business with Cumberland Trace Apartments if it was the last apartment in Bowling Green, KY.
This is a great complex! If I wasn't moving out of state, I'd stay for a few years! The management is prompt with any maintenance you need and they did great clearing away the snow this winter. Very quiet and peaceful. This place is a great example of a luxury apartment.
